Lovely stay with my little boy. Hosts were lovely and accommodating and the room had everything we needed.

It was great venue and clean and friendly atmosphere and affordable prize and near the beach and near the town centre. We will come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay, the owners are very pleasant and helpful. They only took over earlier this year but they are making an excellent job of it and deserve to be successful. The bedroom was a little tired but very clean and comfortable and a good size and as they are in the process of improving things more than acceptable. Not just instant coffee available in the bedroom but ground coffee and cafetiere. Light, airy dining room with a good selection of cereals etc, the cooked breakfast was very good and filling.

This location was great, 5 mins to the harbour. The hotel was very quiet, nice shower. The complimentary teas, coffes, biscuits were a lovely touch. Extremely goid price for the hotel, lovely people who run it. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice place and Dan and Amanda were very helpful and provided good support. Stairs were a big problem as was the issues with parking. Other than that a good place to visit.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Room was nicely decorated and bed was very comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately though the water in the shower wasn’t very warm. Location is great, just a short walk to the harbour and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant two days stay during journey to family

Me and my friend had stayed in Chesterfield Hotel - Torquay during the Week in July and it was really delightful experience. Our room was on 3rd floor and the owner kindly had taken my heavy suitcase upstairs. I was very grateful as my weak back would’ve suffered doing it myself. His wife took us personally to our room, explained in details

Great location, just 10min walk to the sea and all seafront restaurants. Hosts Carol and Mark were very friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay at Chesterfield, highly recommend.

The owners are very friendly! It's always wonderful to be welcomed with warm smiles after a long journey. They were accommodating and gave great recommendations. Chesterfield is well-located; it's close walking distance to everything.
