I am elderly and feel that dedicated car parking alongside the accommodation would be useful to us 'older' citizens.

Great place for a stop over. While they don’t have a dining area, there is a 24hr McDonalds, Pret, Costa and WH Smith. There is also a dedicated baby space with a microwave to warm milk for children.

Smelly damp worn room. Yuck.

Nothing fancy, but the reception staff were really friendly during our late night check-in and the room was exactly what we needed as a family of four needing a rest on a long car journey. And of course being right next to the rest of the service station amenities was great for the morning.

All was good...slept well.

Met my requirements perfectly. Clean room and bathroom, helpful reception staff. Spot on

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very tired and needs a full refurb. The whole hotel smells damp, the room was very old in style and decor. The room was also dirty with cobwebs, and poor maintained furniture. I have pictures which I plan to attach to this review if able too.

Perfect for a stop over from the Scotland to the south coast. Great size family room with 3 proper beds (2 single and a double) great for a family. Dog friendly too!

Convenient, comfortable stop on the M6 southbound, easy access to shops in the travel center.

My room was infested with moths and other bugs as well as being dirty - after squishing many bugs the final straw for me was a small black bug on the bed which I wasn't sure if it was a bedbug or not. We asked for another room which the staff were more than happy to do but unfortunately my children were not happy and were very scared so we had to check out after only being there for a couple of hours.

We tried to cancel the booking, staff were very friendly, phone call to cancel was useless did not stay and left for another hotel, the hotel staff were as annoyed as we were, and apologised with the booking website, the website made it as difficult to give refund

Clean room with plenty of hot water in the shower and a comfortable bed. But the outstanding feature was the staff not just helpful but friendly and as someone travelling, on this occasion, on my own they were invaluable. Yes, the property did look a little bit rundown and like it could’ve done with a lick of paint in places but that did nothing to detract from my stay. For r a budget friendly break in a long journey I could not ask for anything else.

Perfect and convenient if travelling and in need of a stopover.

It is OK for one night but check it is not the easiest to get to from Stafford
