Very friendly staff , we enjoyed our stay, we will be back

The hotel was clean staff were very Friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated like the lady at the front deck told me so it was very cold only one of my kids got in for about 10 mins and the other not at all.

The hotel was convenient clean and handy to all the shopping and restaurants. Good rooms clean comfortable beds . Good breakfast and coffee!

Staff were lovely, it was clean. We were very disappointed with the lack of updates. The hot tub was broken and the pool is very very small. Bathroom in pool area was very very rusted and in need of updates.

Phone in room was broken. There was no food left at breakfast at 750am. The entire hotel had no hot water on Sunday morning and hotel manager was very rude about it to everyone In tge lobby complaining.

We left the hole point of the trip was to use there pool and as we were checking in they said it was down for the night

The staff was friendly, the room was...not too clean, beer bottle cap found on floor, a bery large hair ball behind toilet, peeling wallpaper..bed was comfortable enough.

The door lock was broken and did not work properly. There was no maintenance person on staff so we struggled consistently to get in the door.

The room was great, was an excellent experience all around. Top marks to the reception staff for check in. They happened to recognize I had stayed previously and have me set back up as a preferred member. 5/5 would stay again

checking lady Wendy was nice but the breakfast is stale and burnt sausages.
