Great front office staff, easy check in and extremely clean inside and outside the property

We stayed for 4 nights. Room was large (kitchenette unit) bed was comfortable. We rewashed a few dishes in the kitchen because they weren't clean or had water in them (put away without drying). TV in the bedroom wasn't working the first night but staff fixed it the next day. Room had a washer dryer but the washer ran continuously for more than 2 hours and we couldn't stop it or open the door. It eventually opened when we unplugged it. Reported to staff but it was our last day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt responded quickly. Although a few items not working we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Everything was perfect

Standard King Suite was very comfortable with a comprehensive kitchen and laundry. Very good value and handy to shops and airport. One small issue was carpet and couch needed a clean.

The suite is well-equipped and in good condition. It has everything needed for a short stay. I would suggest providing small packets of salt, pepper, and cooking oil, as this would be very helpful for guests and would avoid having to buy full-size items from the store only to leave most of them unused. What I did not like was that the mattress and pillows were extremely soft, making it difficult to get proper rest. It felt more like sleeping in a hammock than in a bed. I asked at the front desk if it would be possible to place a foam topper on the mattress, especially since I have some physical conditions that make sleeping comfort important. The response I received was, “You can go out and buy one,” which I found quite rude and unhelpful. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and customer service in that interaction.

We had a minor issue with the bathroom sink stopper not working properly. After reporting it, the problem was rectified quickly by a very friendly maintenance man.

Big room

They do not have basic fire safety systems/ process control in place. There was no power for 16 hours. The walk way was not lit. Fire exits were not visible. No alternate arrangements were made by the hotel . Will be putting in an official complaint.

Convenient location, well equiped room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Place was very clean.Parking was ok.But if you were parked beside a big truck the space was too small.

The shower was dirty with hair there was a constant burning smell in the room the tv in the king suite was extremely old and small and the room that I was given was not what I picked on the site

Overall good place to stay

Some of the kitchen tools weren’t the cleanest and some were missing entirely. The room was otherwise very tidy. Bed was incredibly comfortable. View from the balcony was very peaceful. Great location.

The room was ready for an earlier check in, which qas much appreciated. Parking qas easy. The kitchen provised basic necessities. Tea pot would have been helpful. Staff was great.

Very good check-in and check-out. Room was upgraded as the one I requested was not ready yet.

We were pleased with the hotel. The hotel was clean overall. A little dated, but in good shape. It was quiet, and the staff very friendly. We will be back.
