L’environnement extérieur est exceptionnel avec vue sur la rivière des Mille-Iles. Le confort de la chambre. Le calme qui règne dans l’hôtel à chaque visite. Moins aimé: Le peu de stationnements

Super service, chambre très propre, beaucoup de choix au déjeuner. Hôtel super bien situé, beaucoup de choix de restaurant à proximité. Je recommande fortement cette établissement!

The shower and the bathtub were definitely the highlight as they were very nice and clean also. HOWEVER the bed and the cushions were horribly hard and uncomfortable. Also the AC unit in the room was the loudest machine I have ever witnessed! I was unable to sleep not even an hour because of it. And mind you the AC was left at around 19-20 (I wouldve left it colder even if it wasn’t this noisy since it was warm in the room) so it was not at a crazy cold temperature, and since its the summer in a room with a bath it NEEDED AC…. So this pretty much ruined the trip for me and had to cancel the other night I had because of this. The TV in the room was also not connected to the internet & would not connect to anything (phones and such) through its own system even if it was supposed to be able to. Overall I would be willing to try the hotel again in a different room or in the winter so I wouldn’t need AC as the room in itself was actually nice. But the hotel needs to update their bedding & AC units stat….

Unique hotel on an island, about 30 minutes from downtown Montreal. Close to great restaurants. Public transport to the city is not really a viable option. Property was pretty well maintained. The staff was kind. The continental breakfast was lovely. Plenty of parking - I would suggest travelling with a car.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The hall way was a bit dirty, it might have just been that time of day ( i arrived about 10 pm). The girl at the desk was amazing. The ac in the room was not working, and she got right on the issue and resolved it.

On a réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen et on a eu une chambre avec un seul lit King. On a demandé un changement mais l’hôtel était plein. Donc, on est resté coincé dans le même lit tout notre séjour. Un des employés a consenti à nous donner une ristourne de 15% mais qui a été refusé au checkout sous pretexte qu’on a réservé sur votre site. Les employés au checkout ont promis que leur gestionnaire nous rappellerait hier ou aujourd’hui mais rien jusqu’à présent. La piscine était un bon atout par les journées chaudes mais elle était remplie d’insectes. Il y avait aussi un insecte dans la baignoire de la chambre ce qui a mis des doutes sur la propreté de l’hotel. On a demandé une couette supplémentaire mais qu’on a pas reçue. On a dû redemander le lendemain avant de la recevoir. Il n’y avait pas de cap de bain ni de coton tige. Lorsque cela a été demandé à l’accueil, ils nous ont indiqué le Jean Coutu en face. Voici quelques uns des désagréments subis. Bref ce ne fut pas du tout une belle expérience et ce serait difficile pour nous de recommander cet hôtel ce qui est dommage, le site était pourtant beau à côté de la rivière.

Tout était bien, le déjeuner était très bon. Le seul bémol était le système de climatisation très bruyant, même fermé on entendait le système du e la chambre voisine.

The hotel stay was average overall. The rooms feel quite outdated and seem to lack proper maintenance. While the staff were helpful and friendly, the air conditioning unit was very loud and noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.the breakfast was good

We loved the setting right next to a lake - so much space to relax and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to restaurants and surrounding stores, coffee shops etc. Room was clean and fairly spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style (no hot food) and same variety every day but there are lots of choices. Parking can be tight if hotel is full but we were always able to find a space. Some rooms do not have a Smart TV, so bring a firestick or similar for the kids (or yourself) just in case. The only down side I would say is the room AC unit can be loud and the rooms can get stuffy so the AC is working a lot. But we got used to it, and no worse than other "chain" hotels in our opinion. Will stay here again.
