Hotel with lift problems where waiting time is long beside used by the hotel staff to move from a floor to another and mixing hot with cold water during shower almost impossible beside that silence impossible as you listen every car going in the street and I was in 17th floor

External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.

Great place and well located.

The room is very good, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options, and the hotel staff is very polite and helpful. However, the pool and the gym are very disappointing. The pool is extremely small, shallow, and honestly feels more like a large bathtub than a real pool. It looks completely different from the photos, which seem to be more of a marketing choice. Unfortunately, this is not exclusive to this unit, since the Copacabana location has the same issue, although the pool there is slightly better than this one. The gym is also very poor. Several pieces of equipment are broken, and you are basically limited to training with dumbbells. There is very little usable equipment beyond that. Overall, for a short business trip where I only need a place to sleep, I would definitely stay here again. But if the goal is to relax, enjoy the pool, or spend vacation time, I would not return.

I didn’t use the bar, or had breakfast, but overall my family and I enjoyed our stay, we would book it again and recommend.

Okay, Location - Hotel is definitely not up to 5-Star Luxury standard as one could expect, so lower your expectations

Great cozy hotel with Amazonia decoration in the heart of Sao Paolo

We asked 4-5 for items (food, more coffee pods, etc). Service is always very slow - 20min wait - and more often than not they need a 2nd or 3rd call. Have been here multiple times, but won't come back
