Very basic food

Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

Trevligt hotell och fina, stora rum. Men sängarna är väldigt mjuka.

+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Noise in the rooms

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

It wasn’t the cleanest, a little frivolous, but other than that the service was great, hotel cozy and rooms appealing. Breakfast was okay!

Extremely poor breakfast and Covid measures. Overheated room at 25 centigrades

It was clean and quiet place, very nice breakfast. I would come back here again.

Location is excellent, and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of good choices. The listing said there was parking available for a fee, but when I arrived they said there is none, and had to park on the street. The room lacked basic stuff: has only one hanger, the bathroom shower doesn’t have a soap holder.

The room was ok. But a fridge in the middle of the room I don’t understand, and it was very dirty as well. The shower curtain was also dirty. Ok, but not worth the price. The breakfast was also mediocre.

Hej! Vi hade en fin vistelse i Örebro, och fin incheckning med gott bemötande. Frukosten var toppen! Men det var näst intill outhärdligt varmt på rummet. Vi försökte få till lite luft men fick helt enkelt undvika täcken. Kan vara bra att dra ner på den och spara lite på miljön. Varmt, Alexandra och Emil

Vacker byggnad, rent och fint rum. Lite synd att frukosten/receptionen var i en annan byggnad, annars ett superfint hotell med historisk vacker och samtidigt enkel känsla.

Bra men tv-kanalerna var usla

Personalen va super trevlig. God hotell frukost. Både receptionen och frukost va i ett annat hotell på andra sidan gatan. Rummet va bra men från bilderna trodde jag det ingick soffa/sällskaps plats men det va två dubbelsängar på varsin sida av rummet.
