Everything was good except the WiFi, very slow in the lobby and the room. For some reason I couldn't coffee in my room, no problem with tea, and the water bottles weren't refilled each day. Very good little shop across the road for coffee and water :-)

I spent a ton of money at this hotel and I had the need to switch some dates and cancel a duplicate reservation. They were TOTALLY inflexible and it cost me a TON of money and I missed an important family event.

Average hotel, no VIP benefits.

Nice room, amazing rooftop pool with view to the marina and beach. Breakfast a bit predictable and uninspiring, dinner was hit and miss with food undercooked on occasions and service inconsistent. Could be a brilliant hotel with a bit more attention to detail.

A lovely hotel in a good location. It is clean and stylish. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I wish they had some recommendations about places to visit and things to do during your stay. They were not forthcoming when asked and one of them sent us to a nudist beach to our bewilderment!!! The breakfast was a let down as was the rooftop pool although the rooftop area is beautiful and relaxing. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again if in the area.

Modern, clean hotel right by the sea. Lots to like but room for improvement, especially customer service and quality of restaurant. Quite expensive for what you get.

Great location, right in the beach. Rooms nicely done although I felt it was a bit strange being charged to replenish the tea-making facilities each day. Breakfast only ok.

Everything was very good, specially the rooms who are clean and perfectly decorated. However, I should note that in Spain (as far as I know) it is mandatory the use of mask indoor and that is no control of the people who don’t use it. It was unpleseant to see some guests without masks and no warning from the staff.

Incredible sea view from the rooftop pool and bar. Spacious clean room, provided bucket of ice without hesitation when requested.

Not really the hotels fault but the power kept blacking out while we stayed. It wasn't mentioned at checkin despite the fact they later told us it had been happening for hours before we arrived. Room was comfortable and spacious, the hotel is modern and clean. I wouldn't do the breakfast / dinner package, the food was pretty average.

Great seaside location. Staff were friendly. The roof top bar had good view. We paid extra and reserved a room with private terrace, but didn't use it at all as it wasn't that private as you can be seen by the rooms next to you and also by everyone staying above you from their balconies. The room safe wasn't working and it took them two days to fix it. The hot food options in their breakfast was very limited too. The pool on the roof looked great, but it wasn't practical for swimming as it's too shallow and too short.

Great hotel with everything you need. The pool is small and very cold but don’t let it put you off, always sun loungers available and great service at the top. The best views over the bay by far and the rooms were big and spacious. Only feedback I could give was the balcony was tiny and never sat and enjoyed it as it wasn’t very welcoming and an iron should be kept in the room at all times. Had to ask several times for one which took a while
