Nice clean hotel. There were no towels in the rooms.

The room was clean, the breakfast was limited. Internet is only available in common areas.

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The value I got for the price I paid was definitely justified. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. This must have been a real fancy resort but it's old now. They have a nice pool, a restaurant, and other amenities. The pool was lively when I stayed but the rest of the amenities weren't well-taken care of. The internet speed is good around the pool but the signal is very weak in and around the rooms. I asked about this and they informed me that Wi-fi isn't available in rooms. So keep that in mind. I would recommend it as long as you keep in mind that this place isn't renovated recently.

The manager of the hotel is rude and disrespectful. They charge for fees that are not listed. At the check in they take photocopy of every page of the passport for every person that stays in the room even for minors with the only explanation that Expedia ask them to do that because they have to check Your legal status in the country like some kind of police. Rooms were updated and dirty there were cockroaches and even a scorpion. Room has no phone to contact room service and you have a very long walk to the reception over a path that has no light at all. Pool had frogs inside of it and the floor was green. Restaurant has not too much choices of food. No maintenance at all in every area of the hotel. The only good thing was the person in charge of the excursions and mobility that was helpful and courteous. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. This is not a 3 star hotel. At night we had to put towels at the bottom of the room door so bugs and cockroaches don’t come inside of the room.

I whont cumbach no internet only in the main lobby

My room has a pi smell, I asked if they can clean it, but all they do is put in my room a Lysol Spray, I knew they didn’t clean because on the next day at night the smell has gone, so we sleep with this bad odor during one night.

Simple cheap hotel close to airport and falls. Located on a main road into town with regular bus service /taxis. We stayed in late June and found it a little isolated. Given most flights arrived close to mid day going straight to the hotel left us a little bored.u really need a full day to visit iguassu esp on the Argentinean side I hoped for a swim in the pool but the water was very cold. .The restaurant was great but the rooms were a little simple. I chose this hotel cause I read that town was not pleasant .that's definitely the case. Foz , on the Brazilian side is a much bigger /more appealing town.

A big territory, big pool, food was ok. CNN is in English. Check out is too early 10am,but you can use territory and pool .

Breakfast was fine but hotel stall quite average.

Hotel was ok. Located on a large property so if u don't mind walking 5 minutes to get to your room. Also the free WiFi is only located in reception area. Mini market was located on property which was a bonus

Hotel was okay. conveniently located between the airport and the city of Puerto Iguazu. it took 3 room changes to get to what was contracted on the reservation. the first room had working A/C but the humidity had the paint on the walls pealing off; the bathroom taps were rusty, greenish mold, etc. went to front desk and they changed the room, the second room was okay, but the A/C was only working on heater mode; back to front desk, the third room was also okay but the A/C was working on fan mode only; back to the front desk, finally got a clean and working A/C room 2 hours later.

This is a 2 star at most. Old rooms. Breakfast buffet simple but good coffee. Not our level of cleanliness.

Nice place to stay for spanish speaking families. Check in process was very flawed, took ages and several groups who arrived after us were allowed to check in before us. The pool was great, the food was comparable to places in town. Easy bus trip into town from outside the resort. Not a bad stay overall.

good location

This was an average complex. Cabins were basic, but clean. Air con was a little noisy but was functional. Big pool for swimming in and had a second smaller pool. The shop in the complex was useful as there were no shops in the vicinity. Got the local bus to Igazu Falls outside the complex & was 20 minutes away. Very convenient. Staff had very little spoken english so was difficult to communicate with them. Breakfast basic enough. Dinner bufet was average but reasonably priced. the bufet only opened between 9 & 11 pm.
