Nice room. Hospitable staff.

Toilet was broken. TV was a nightmare to use and find channels. While they do offer a hot breakfast, the eggs were gross and tasteless.

The room I booked with Expedia (king bed) was not honored… the desk attendant stated there was nothing he could do since I booked 3rd party. He didn’t seem to care to honor their completely satisfied policy. The pool and hot tub were very dirty and slimy and had a bad odor. The room was fairly comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. We would probably find a different hotel next time and not book with Expedia since we found out their bookings are only “requests” and the hotel does not have to honor this. I will book directly with the hotel next time and avoid Expedia.

Super clean, convenient, and great jacuzzi. Near Walmart and Thai Sushi.

The room heater wasn't working when we first arrived but they switched us and everything was near perfect after that. Breakfast was great.

It was an amazing place to stay with my family on the way to Wolf Creek. It had great bed, hot showers, and a delicious breakfast. The pool & sauna made for a nice time to relax my muscles after the long drive.

Location was good for me with access on and off 160. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. My room was on the 1st floor right next to the door for the pool as well as the exit door with stairs going up to the above floors.. Bad Mistake with the constant noise of doors opening and closing and folks going up the stairs… never again would I take a room on the 1st floor..

Morning i was keaving we had no hot water to shower. Made for an awful day of traveling.

The hotel was packed due to a college swim meet, but they were able to keep up with everyone. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Great place to stay while in Alamosa. Close to stores, friendly staff and clean safe enviroment. Would stay again without hesitation.

I did not like that I messaged the hotel to ask for a room on the first floor days before my arrival and I did not receive a reply I am still waiting for that reply. Person at the front desk was rude when I checked in I asked for a room in the first floor and he said he couldn’t accommodate since my reservation was done through Expedia. I will think twice about staying here again .
