The check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

First, the staff was amazing. Breakfast was good and the woman working was friendly and very nice! Two things that were not cool. Number one, we checked in and were told the cable was out and being worked on. It never once came back on for our stay. We were told if we wanted any credit on the bill, we were to contact corporate by the man checking us out. Absolutely terrible to say to anyone paying 230 dollars a night!!!!! Secondly, the constant walking of the people above me was intolerable. I doubt I’d ever stay at this place again. Mostly because of the “call corporate for a complaint” line we were given. Shame on you.

The property and room were very clean, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I experienced was noise coming from the unit above me at night, which sounded like a pet moving around. If it was indeed a guest with a pet, I would recommend assigning those rooms to lower levels to help minimize the disturbance for other guests.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is good because it's possible to walk to some fast food restaurants as well as Walmart.

The inn is away from downtown Alamosa in an area with a few other hotels. It is fine although nothing special. Our room was clean however, the hallway outside of our room had small bits of litter all over and needed a very thorough vacuuming. The gym looked good although we didn't use it. The breakfast was meh, and we ended up eating blueberries and the cereal we brought in our room.

Didn't like being required to pay a $25 deposit for incidentals. Hope it was refunded

The air conditioner leaked and left a small puddle on the rug; we requested adjoining rooms but they did not have any available even though I reserved the rooms and made the request nearly a year in advance. I also called Hampton Inn the week before we arrived to confirm the adjoining rooms; the agent said that she contacted the hotel.

Check in rep (Ty) was very pleasant and efficient.

I was disappointed in how unclean the bathroom was. We were supposed to receive housekeeping services and they only took trash and left towels. Did not replenish coffee and left our door open

There was dirty finger prints on the bathroom door and the floors were dirty.

I used to work for a general contractor that built many limited-service hotels such as this one and I can tell that the structure is wood framed instead of concrete. This means that a lot of noise from the room above is easily transmitted through the ceiling which can be very annoying.

Did a 4 day weekend road trip in Colorado. This was our last stop. Been to this tiny, quiet town before and had low expectations. HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised. It was the best of our 3 hotels. Granted, it was also the newest. It had the best bed, largest room, only one with a pool and least expensive. Great place to stay. About a 40 minute drive to Great Sand Dunes National Park.
