Staff was helpful !

This is the second visit that we have had to the hotel to stay for a festival. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel has lovely comfortable rooms. Good location for proximity to the town, nearby bars and restaurants, nature reserve and park.

Though the facility is currently under renovation the potential is absolutely visible and I didn't feel disturbed at all. Staff is wonderful & breakfast is superb

Mycket trevlig och service minded personal. God frukost, bra läge nära stationen och centrum Fina lokaler, stora rum men väldigt lyhört och galet knakande golv. Avlopp i handfat och dusch var ofräscha och ostädade

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing, but there was mold in the shower.

Beautiful hotel, but not for motorbikes

Very welcoming and caring staff, nice hotel, very well located. We had a twin room quite old, a bit disappointing compared to the overall standard of the hotel.

A lovely hotel in the middle of Kristianstad opposite the amazing park. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with toiletries (a rarity in hotels these days) and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Breakfast is included at the weekend and it’s got everything from eggs, bacon, Swedish meatballs to cheese/cold meats to healthy options such as chia pudding/overnight oats and nuts and seeds. But the best thing is the staff, especially the delightful Sarah on the front desk who helped us so much. We had been marooned with a broken down car over the 3-day midsummer holiday and she helped us rebook our onward journey and suggested things to do in the area.

. Fika ingår när man kommer till hotellet och det var riktigt gott kaffe. Jag är ingen expert men frugan är kräsen och hon tyckte det var bra. Middag ingår också och var helt okej. Även där kunde man få kaffe så den coola kaffemaskinen på rummet blev aldrig testad. Frukosten var också bra Enda minuset var att det inte fanns kylskåp på rummet. Det kanske finns i andra rum men inte i vårat.

Gammal toalett annars 10/10

Efter en lång bilresa så blir man bemött med ett stort leende i receptionen (denna gång var det Moa) då känns allt så bra. Jätte bra middag och frukost, lika trevligt där med lite småprat. Jag kommer tillbaka direkt när jag får chansen!

Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som vill gästerna väl.

En stenkast från stationen mitt i stan, men därför hördes trafikbuller alldeles för störande. Annars var allt ok, badrummet kanske lite outdated, men själva rummet var fint inrett. Mycket bra frukost och kvällsmat som ingick i rumspriset.
