The staff were polite, the stay was very comfortable, and the location was pleasant. However, the only issue was that on our last day, my family member definitely removed a gold bracelet and left it on the bedside table when checking out. When we returned in the afternoon, the housekeeping staff had already left. We asked the reception but they said they couldn't find it. We could have reported it to the police, but since the staff had left, finding it was impossible, so we didn't want to make a fuss. If the hotel reads this, I hope they will provide a satisfactory response and a reasonable solution. I really liked this hotel, but the loss of such a valuable item means the hotel should review its management practices ☹️

The best lah, best location, best room

The room was nice and spacious, close to the city center, making it convenient to travel to tourist attractions. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic in assisting guests. I will definitely come back next time.

Clean. Quiet. The staff is helpful. Nice. They can speak English fluently. We loved staying there. Near to Opera Saigon, city bus, Sevel, Circle K. Love it.

The location is close to Saigon water bus, Opera house, Independent place, Cafe apartment, Ben Thanh market, Post office, Notre Dame, Book street, Pink church. All can be reached by walking or bus in front of the hotel. I happened to stay here because I had previously booked for June 31-2, but it turned out that the flight was canceled by Vietjet so it added 1 day. I was supposed to move to a smaller room booked on the app next door because it was full, but the hotel informed me that I could still stay in the same room. The AC is cold, the room is spacious, there is a bathtub. It's just a shame there are no amenities for bathing like toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap. And the staff is not as friendly as in Hanoi, but overall it's okay. By the way, I didn't try the food at the hotel because I ate out. The view from room 901 is a view of the water bus, beautiful at night 👍🏻

The AC is sometimes not cold enough, so you have to call the receptionist to have it adjusted. The AC is a bit old-fashioned, but it's still cool.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bathroom floor was tiled with non-slip tiles, the reception staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and at a price of around 1 million VND per day during holidays, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Great location, clean hotel, good for the price

The location is very prime and near every shopping center, restaurant, and bar. However, the room is not soundproofed. I can hear street noises clearly, like car engines and honks, etc., and it’s only quiet around 1-6 AM. Moreover, the bed is hard, and you can feel the springs, not so comfortable. You can ask for an extra pillow since they only give two per room.

The family room is affordable and very spacious, and its location near a mosque and halal restaurants is especially convenient, particularly for late-night arrivals like ours. Laundry service is also available at a reasonable price. On the downside, the lift is quite small—only accommodating around four people with luggage—and the lobby can feel hot as it is not air-conditioned. The biggest issue, however, is the bathroom design: the glass/mirror is too transparent, so you can still see inside from the bed area, which compromises privacy. But overall its 8, and want to stay back in this hotel

Considering its affordable rates, this hotel is a real gem. Situated right in the center of District 1 and surrounded by Saigon Opera House, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bach Dang Riverside, most of the main attractions are within walking distance, including Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, etc. Shopping and dining options abound in this area and it’s super convenient for visitors, especially first-timer to HCMC.

The hot water was broken, and it took three calls in 30 minutes for someone to come. It took an hour to fix.
