The room was not cleaned for my visit. I have a habit of checking bedding whenever I check in to a hotel . When I checked bedding, there were hair and crumbs in mine. Also when I went to restroom it looked like urine in toilet I thought it was type of cleaning agent. I was wrong toilet would not flush so I called downstairs and they sent someone to replace valve that was broken. My room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm and it wasn't. I was able to check in at 3:45. I won't be staying here again. I'll stay at Quinta real or other hotel closer to the cathedral. Those hotels take pride in clean rooms

Clean rooms, staff very friendly and kindly, breakfast buffet very good, cleaning lady very nice and very clean, i will give them a 10+ and for sure I will be back, I stayed 7 days

Rooms were clean,staff was great ,price was good,but the restaurant food and the time we waited to get it was really bad

Check in was good,rooms were clean,the only thing that i had an issue with was the restaurant, the food took a long time to come out,about 25 min fo a soup and wings,it was 3 of us and besides taking a but long,the food wasn't that great,hotel was good overall but the restaurant was maybe a 4

Check in was easy and fast, staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly I reported numerous times and nobody did anything on that regard. The temperature in the room was 80F it was extremely hot.

Excelente y muy tranquilo, Starbucks y restaurantes aledaños. Sin duda volveré

Close to the Calera AirPort &’ very organizado.
