Nothing was dirty or terrible but there were a lot of little things that were broken or old that could've been easily improved and fixed up to make the rooms and facility nicer.

This was supposed to be a nice quite get away for my girlfriends birthday and it was far from that the TV did not work I let the front desk know never got a call bout it Then the floor we was on 2nd floor room231 a bunch of kids all night we could of just stayed at home with our own kids We wanted to enjoy the pool too many people at the same time a lot of kids For what we was aiming for We definitely did not go down for breakfast because we knew it would be crowded we just packed up and was out by 10:30am The reviews online was good but my experience was just horrible

Too much noise. People across the hall were having a birthday party and staff did nothing about it. People stomping upstairs above room all night and early morning. Again staff did nothing! The pool stated heated, it was not, it was ice cold!!! Booked this hotel for the pool and spent about 10 mins in it.

Absolutely horrible guest experience, so called Manager no professionalism whatsoever. He was being very passive aggressive when trying to have a conversation with him. He made false accusations, then charged my room wrongly. After the continuation of being spoken to rudely I made the decision of checking out early. When he saw that I was speaking with his staff he rudely intervened, then called the authorities. Everything is in the police report, stating that the accusation that was made was false. I hope in the future when you speak with fellow customers that you provide effective communication throughout the entire time of their stay. I also hope that when your employees are feeling conflicted and can not find it in themselves to communicate amicably that they take a step back.( Please review Google Review for additional notes) He chose to respond to my review in an unprofessional manner. Again there is a police report stating that it was his belief not a fact. To any accusation that has been made publicly. I have a copy it's on google. I do not recommend this manager. It is unfortunate for company and the employees that this man works there. The manager presents himself unprofessionally in image by wearing a wrinkled button up, that was untucked, with no tie. Inadequate in handling customer issues by not providing effective communication and making false claims.
