Staff very friendly, nice small pool would be great if it had a small sauna or steam room. Disappointed in the room in that the shower only had a hand held shower and no overhead or wall mounted shower. No usb charging options so remember your charger. Location is great near metro station and walking distance to the cathedral.

Wasn’t what I was expecting for a 4 star hotel. Not bad, not good, just OK.

the room was full of bugs and we were bitten all night. there we re 2 pillows, 1 a large cushion, which was too large to lie on, and another, very very small one that was hard and memory foam. We had an absolutely awful night. the A/C was broken in the lobby as was the revolving door. the whole experience was awful. I'd absolutely not recommend. For the price, it was awful...

This hotel is AWFUL! It is in a questionable at best neighborhood. Upon check in we were told that in order to use the pool (we weren’t planning to) we would need to call ahead and ask permission and if granted they’d give us towels. The hotel has bedbugs. Our daughter killed one. I reported it to the manager who replied, “ no it’s not a bed bug, housekeeping took a picture”… we had disposed of the one our daughter killed, so it obviously wasn’t alone. Our room smelled of urine after sightseeing all day. The safe was broken. The manager refused to let us check out early, forcing us to stay. We did, but ended up leaving anyway. The whole experience ruined our time in Marseille.

I recommend this hotel. It is nice and well located for easy walking to tourist activities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and a highlight.

Check-in was quick and easy. Eva at reception was great! Lived our upgraded room!

Great location, very walkable

We drove in from Nice, late at night. GPS wasn't giving exact location, so I called the hotel The night manager was very helpful in guiding us to the right place. Our room was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Port and La Panier areas. Parking garage ($$$) is located a street over, but we were able to load and unload the car in front of the hotel. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it smelled wonderful.

The fitness area was closed, the pool was closed and the elevators were broken. Had to carry out luggage down the stairs!!

I booked this hotel only for it’s pool and when I try to use it I was told that pool wasn’t available

Great stay at this hotel. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and historic areas of downtown. Highly recommended!
