Very nice place, bedroom was spacious, , bed was very comfortable, bathrrom had a bath with a rain shower, complimentary toiletries. Tv, radio, ironing board, hairdryer, towels in room. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate , sparkling and still water. Plenty on the breakfast menu to choose from. Restaurant menu looks nice i didnt have a meal as was visiting family. Car parking available. Need to book in advance as it us a very popular place. Would of stopped 2 nights if there had been availability. Will definitely be staying again.

Always a comfy stay. Drinks and breakfast are always great, friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely walk into St Neots from the hotel.

Very good choice for breakfast..room spotless as is usually the case..staff very welcoming and always helpful and there are always packing spaces as its quite a large carpark..👌..

Lovely stay, room was comfortable and lots of nice little touches, all great quality. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, I never heard a thing all night. Breakfast was really good, all freshly prepared and piping hot. Roberts radio in the room. Lovely pure wool blanket for over the bed.

Enjoyed my stay here, clean spacious room and a tasty breakfast. Nice food in the pub. Only downside is the WiFi coverage wasn't the best in the room

The room was really clean. Bath was updated and loved the towel warmer. The rooms could use an update, down-side was is was really dark. More lamps or brighter bulbs would be appreciated. The dining area has great food, we had a dinner and two breakfasts. The full English was more than my husband could eat. All in all a delightful stay.

The room was clean and tidy with an ensuite bathroom, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was nice and the atmosphere warm. I genuinely would go back and stay their again if I'm ever in the location. Plenty of parking with a quiet surrounding area so no noise at night, all in all definitely worth the money spent and pleased to have picked the hotel to stay at, highly recommend...

Efficient staff

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!

Room spotless..staff absolutely marvellous as usual, Zac a great member of the staff as they all are..very accommodating. Highly recommend this hidden gem of an hotel in St Neots.

Convenience of location

Rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water - still & sparkling, biscuits, all provided in room. Hairdryer, soaps, shampoo available too. Bed very comfy. Stayed for two nights and although the refreshments were replaced, we had to make our own bed in the morning, not the end of the world but when staying in a hotel, having my bed made is a perk! Staying over Christmas period was blamed for shortages on the main and breakfast menus. Very limited choice but we were told that the way Christmas fell had an impact on their deliveries. Service was very friendly but extremely slow. Having said all the above, we would stay again. The staff were doing the best they could and lovely. Plenty of parking spaces available.
