Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84 with breakfast included. Upon arrival I was cordially met by the staff and had a no nonsense check in, The restaurant had changed a bit, but the atmosphere and ambiance hadn't. I was shown my room, and given how long the rooms had been there, I wasn't expecting much, but upon opening the door, found myself look at a spotless room more suited to some of the 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Wow. The traffic noise is minimal, you don't need a PHD to work out the multi function shower and I slept like a log, despite it being around 33C outside. The bedrooms face south-east, but hadn't seemed to maintain the early morning heat and a fan is provided. Along with a ironing board, iron, and something else in the wardrobe, but can't remember what. I had to leave without breakfst due to being late to see my daughter, but if the smell and visuals I could see were anything to go by, I am sure it would have been scrummy. My personal opinion, a gem just off the beaten track.

Lovely stay at the Eaton oak. Will likely do the same next year. The price through Expedia was good, the room was nice and breakfast good. Mia was super helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

No 'continental style breakfast available. Staff did their best with the high temperatures and the it was the chef's first day ~ 1 1/4 hours delay in getting dinner. But enjoyable stay.

Lovely welcome from Maddie on arrival we were made to feel welcome and nothing too much trouble The room had some lovely extra touches like nice biscuits tea coffee and water We will definitely return we had a meal in the evening really reccomend that and folllowing morning breakfast was freshly cooked and relaxing. Friendly, helpful team of staff, calm and supportive. We were a party of four women. One of us has mobility challenges. The accessible room was perfect for her. They were happy to go with our birthday celebration wishes, so we could decorate the table and they brought out the cake. Food was delicious and pub restaurant was well spaced out. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice place, bedroom was spacious, , bed was very comfortable, bathrrom had a bath with a rain shower, complimentary toiletries. Tv, radio, ironing board, hairdryer, towels in room. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate , sparkling and still water. Plenty on the breakfast menu to choose from. Restaurant menu looks nice i didnt have a meal as was visiting family. Car parking available. Need to book in advance as it us a very popular place. Would of stopped 2 nights if there had been availability. Will definitely be staying again.

Always a comfy stay. Drinks and breakfast are always great, friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely walk into St Neots from the hotel.

Very good choice for breakfast..room spotless as is usually the case..staff very welcoming and always helpful and there are always packing spaces as its quite a large carpark..👌..

Lovely stay, room was comfortable and lots of nice little touches, all great quality. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, I never heard a thing all night. Breakfast was really good, all freshly prepared and piping hot. Roberts radio in the room. Lovely pure wool blanket for over the bed.
