Booked the Ballyrobin because we had a very early flight in the morning and wanted a good nights sleep before a long flight. It was close to the airport and staff booked a taxi for us. However neither of us slept well. Both of the single beds in the room were so uncomfortable, lumpy mattresses. We hardly got any sleep and will not be staying again. The hotel definitely need to upgrade the beds.

Ballyrobin was great! Very clean, comfortable bed & facilities, everything you could look. Forward to in a 4 star hotel . Only thing that let it down was the food menu was a little bit more than I expected butt the food was good Thank you.

We stay here if we have an early flight time the next morning. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately our room was not great. The was a lot of black grout around the shower enclosure and the bathroom door was very squeaky. The mattress was particularly uncomfortable as it felt like springs were sticking out so we didn’t have a good sleep. This is the first time I’ve been unhappy with my stay.

Excellent, if short stay. The best hotel bed I've had in a while. Only for one night on the way to the airport.

The bathroom needed some new caulking in the tub, as it was molded. The bed was very hard. No instructions for the television.

A beautiful hotel beside Belfast Airport. Will stay again.

Short business trip! Lovely clean room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel close to airport, about 30 minute taxi ride from central Belfast. Nice hotel, didn’t eat so can’t comment on food. Nice cosy bar. Less than a mile from airport but not able to walk as no pavement and busy road. Taxi would have been around £40. Hotel able to organise a transfer, however the transport is £12 per room, ( not priced by hotel) so as there was 4 of us it was £24 and we were in the taxi 3 minutes. It had cost us £30 to get to the hotel.

Was fine for one night. The shower was fairly mould stained around the edge ams the towels need updating.

Hotel staff were great and friendly. The accommodation was clean and in a quiet part of the hotel. Room was cool whihc was a relief as it was a very hot day.

Staff were very friendly and hotel was spotless
