Room was dirty, heavily worn, and tiny. Breakfast was a total rip off and stressful. Hordes of obnoxious people clamoring for their portion of processed foods. 2 adults and a small child cost $90.00 USD...what a joke!

The room was large and clean. The woman in charge of the dining room was exceptionally rude - my wife was ill in our room and she accused me of lying when I took a basket of their gluten free selection (a muffin and two pieces of toast) up to her and demanded I pay the full 25 euros for the full buffet on her behalf. Apart from her, nice hotel.

A bigger Sauna would be nice. Right now its just about big enpigj for two Teenager Girls.

The Sauna is so small that when two people Are in it, It’s crowded.

Stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and good to see the high standard still remains. The location is close to the train station and underground so easy to get about. Hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was fantastic. Will stay again on my next trip to Berlin.
