The staff is very nice, but the room is not suitable for the price, red chairs, red carpet, not suitable at all

Recep staff make the wrong invoice. Then there is another employee who must pay again from the beginning and will refund the wrong payment the day before. But after more than 1 week there was still no sign of refund, nor did any staff from the hotel call to announce

dark and dirty room 307.. no maintenance.. is 5 star.. really?... please can be inform the customer about m-gallery.

The next door was so noisy at night, loud singing and TV, but the hotel could not do anything until we hardly demanding to change our room. However, they moved us to a room which has just been painted, so smelly, we complained but they acting like they didn't smell anything, only until their assistant manager came and dare to say "yes, it is smelly" admitting that they have just been painted the room, that's why all the windows of the room was fully opened when we first enter. So we have to change room again. All at around 11PM. No compensation from them, just sorry.

Really 5 star hotel with the best quality

The location is very good, close to Hanoi Opera house and Sword Lake. There are a lot of super brand shops and hip cafes around the hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very good (French contemporary style). Breakfast is good, with both international and Vietnam dishes. The bed are very comfortable.
