Room was missing lining curtains - forcing us to keep the main ones closed all the time.

Feels you are in a very local area, well connected, and a great neighbourhood.

We got in before dawn and headed to the hotel exhausted. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and caring. By 11am, we were able to check in early, a gift since we had been without sleep for too long. Our second floor room was clean, and in spite of being on a major street, relative quiet. Well-located, the hotel was in walking distance of our desired destinations—museos, comida rica, y el jardin botanico!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and we love everything about it: location, cost, spacious and quiet rooms, a 24 hour front desk with helpful, multilingual staff. This is now the first place we look for rooms when we go to Madrid.

Clean room, facility is well maintained in commons area and staff is very helpful.

Everything was good except the water piping running in another room can be hear so loudly when someone using bathroom.

The QR Code for ordering food wasn’t sending the order to the kitchen so after waiting an 1.5 hours I had to go to front desk to have the send order to kitchen

Clean and comfortable room. A bit pricey, but perhaps that is to be expected in Madrid.
