Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly. Room was nice but was incredibly hot lacked any fan or air con. Another disappointment was the noise, there was prom night happening at the hotel and it was very busy, we were situated at the front of the hotel and it was noisy. Wish they had warned us when we booked as we probably would have changed to another night because the noise was too be expected but extremely frustrating when you can’t get to sleep!

Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented. Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Main disappointment was the staff. Reception staff were robotic and unengaging. Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence. Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention. Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again.

Booked a standard double, the room was large, clean and well equipped. Bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

The Staff was very friendly, however the steam room was not working in the spa and jacuzzi was full of chlorine to the point that our eyes were hurting so much. The top seat in the sauna was loose and therefore kept tipping over if sat on the edge. Prices in the restaurant are somewhat expensive for what it was a very average meal. Very disappointed and definitely would not return back

Booked for 2 nights; first room 127 - very nice and roomy n first night. Moved to room 209 on second night - much too cramped in that room. Disappointing stay because of that.

Great location and beauty hotel

In need of a serious update.

Great hotel and spa. The staff were hardworking, friendly and helpful. The food was of a very good standard for the price.

We loved every minute. What was particularly special was how friendly and helpful all the staff were.

Not impressed about a ‘room service fee’ (which was in the hotel handbook), as well as a room service charge’, (which was not!). They both amounted to almost a quarter of the bill! Outrageous. The fire door on the second floor, near the stairs, which has a step underneath it, is IMHO as a H&S professional, very dangerous! Better signage and perhaps hazard tape on the floor should be installed, to manage this hazard more effectively!

A trip with the kids , honestly in the round this hotel visit was the best ive had ! and I travel a lot . The staff...all of them in all areas, room quality and hotel decoration and facilities were 10/10 really .

I was blown away by the excellent service, an amazing stay with so much attention to detail. Couldn't fault it in any way. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Can't do enough to make your stay so special. The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Sometimes the bathrooms let the rooms down but not this one! The pianoist at the baby grand at dinner every night - perfect! Such a relaxing enjoyable experience. Will be back.

Good stay

We stayed here for night in room 104, excellent location for the spa and all the facilities this beautiful had to offer. All Staff were great. The receptionists on our arrival were fabulous. The breakfast staff on the Sunday Morning worked really hard and were always making sure everything was topped up and fresh. Excellent 1 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

This hotel was really good value for money. The room was spacious even with three of us in it, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Room could do with hooks to hang coats, rather than having to use the wardrobe.

The room I was allocated was very poor with stains on furnishing and ripped bed linen. I was allocated a superior room, although large was disappointing The reception staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful The bar staff were not particularly welcoming snd service was poor

Really nice hotel ,the food was good ,everything was clean and well presented, all the staff were excellent in every way, had a really good time and will definitely stay again.

Room looks to have been recently refurbed, very nice. Hallways a bit tired. All staff I met very friendly. Food in restaurant very good, but not much of a choice. Swimming pool and spa looks very nice, but didn’t get chance to use it.
