Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful property.

Hotel is very tired and needs updating

The photos on Expedia did not accurately represent the hotel, and it did not meet my expectations.

The hotel is amazing, pretty, good location and most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have better pillows.

Hotel is OK but just that, very poor value at this price point

Totally recommend this place. There’s nothing negative to say about this stay from the friendly knowledge staff to the food & the hotel itself Gorgeous! Felt the good vibes & one can’t help to wonder our ancestors in this beautiful place with its old charm Loved it

Terrible checkin experience The person did not tell us anything about spa and parking. We had to figure out ourselves to get out of the parking you need a coin to insert to exit.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very convenient for skiing and for the spa across the street.

The hotel agreed to a cancellation with full re-fund, with the help of hotels.com Gold Service, because I was ill and unable to trvel. However, the hotel charged the full amount for the four night booking.

The staff were fantastic and even arranged a shuttle to the train station when we were running late! Very good service and clean rooms.

Reine Victoria is BEAUTIFUL. This is where we were supposed to stay. Unfortunately, we had to make a last minute change to our itinerary. Although our reservation was non-refundable/non-changeable, they were kind enough to accommodate my change! The only catch was i had to stay at Laudinella, which is under construction, so no amenities on the premises. With the being said, it's a quick walk right across the street.... however... i had no desire to walk across the street (in the snow) to use the hot tub, so we missed out on that. We did try to have drinks at the bar, but it was closed for a few hours for a private event. Again, another bummer. This was only a layover where we were catching the Glacier Express, but besides skiing, I'm not sure what else there is to do in the area? They do have a shuttle to/ from the train station, which we didn't know, so we ended up paying (27CFS) for a cab. Breakfast was great!!!

Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time to stand in line to talk to someone at the service desk. We missed the train we originally planned for, took the bus to the station, and it delayed our return trip to Milan. It was a frustrating experience. Overall, the stay was lovely but that was a sour note to end on.

The hotel assisted me in a fraud case and I’m turning this rating around as they supported in fixing this situation of someone using my credit card and making a false booking.

Great location. Our room price included free, unlimited local bus transportation, gondola transportation, swim/health club use and a wonderful breakfast spread. A good price and a cool hotel. Highly recommended.

Quaint older hotel in great shape. Large, very large rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Received transportation and gondola pass. Nice perk. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

The hotel is very spacious. The rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom shower a bit tight. Staff very nice. Breakfast was lots of variety hot and cold and very good.

Large lobby area is very nice & comfortable. Spacious room with a lot of storage space. Nice big washroom. Nicely decorated.
