I absolutely LOVED this place. We stayed middle of October and it was beyond gorgeous. The resort is right on the waterm access to chairs to sit on the beach, place for kids to play. The small room we got was exactly was expected. It was clean, and perfect. Quiet. Staff even helped show us where places were to eat nearby. 10/10 We cannot wait to come back. The was one of the best vacations we took.

Beautiful place, very welcoming staff, cozy accommodations, I'll definitely come back on the summer to enjoy the beach and the pool!

The staff were super helpful. The grounds were immaculate. The walls are rather thin and i could hear our neighbor snoring all night. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell.

Recommend and I Will be back. Very clean but a little dated. 300-500 ft from private beach. Amenities included bicycles, small mini golf, grill, heated pool, and shuffleboard.

This resort is a real gem. Private beach with beach chairs, heated pool and gorgeous views of the Bay. Very peaceful and the 2 story townhouse made you feel right at home in the Cape. The office staff was so pleasant and helpful!

We loved our stay here - very peaceful by the water with plenty of amenities. The room itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably and the staff were very helpful.

Our stay was very easy. We were arriving after hours, but the resort made it really easy for us to get our keys and make it into our room. The view of the ocean was beautiful!

We loved our stay here. The location is ideal, right on the bay. We loved the private beach and enjoyed watching the sunset there each evening. The heated pool was a wonderful respite each evening after our adventures in the area. We had wanted to use the canoes, but found they are only available in the morning during higher tide conditions in the bay. We hope to return here again for a longer stay.

A nice stay for two nights. Enjoyed the pool deck. We had a small bungalow type room with full kitchen. Living room with a Murphy bed. Did not need it since we were traveling alone. Bedroom had two beds, a twin and a double. I would have preferred a Queen bed and blackout drapes. Was difficult sleeping with all the light coming in through the blinds.

We loved the accommodations, the pool, bikes, and being right on the beach. The grounds were lovely. The staff were wonderful as well.

Everything you need for extended stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. Convenient parking. Lots of activities for families—pool, corn hole, mini golf, beach.

We had a great time. Next time, I will attend the pirate show.

Great location with beach and inlet with canoes to use. It is walkable (1.5 mi) to Hyannis port and the ferry to Nantucket or restaurants without getting into traffic on the main road. It’s a great space for kids to play.

Beautiful location, family friendly. Friendly staff. The beach was very nice my toddler loved it!
