Staff is amazing, very helpful and accommodating! Hotel is in a great location for walking distance. Rooms were nice with a beautiful view of the parliament building. Very nice breakfast in the mornings

Very classy and charming hotel . The room was spotless . The staff was very helpful. Delphine and Andrew were very nice. The location was the best. 5 star experience. We’ll be back for sure.

The room and bathroom were large and very clean. \The room was made up every other day and I would have preferred that the garbage cans were emptied each day. This was done immediately upon request. The breakfast was very good and fresh. I would have liked to have been told that I could have had eggs and fruit with the crepes. The location is excellent.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful, I do love staying at beautiful boutique hotels where you can walk to restaurants and other attractions. I would happily stay there again!

The location is amazing, for carnival, parking, and access to restaurants and shops in the old city. The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating. The ambiance of the dining area and open space is quaint and inviting. And the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing was that the TV and remote either would pause or not work at times, but we weren’t there much so it wasn’t a big deal. They think it was due to too many people trying to stream the Olympics at once, but they already had a technician looking into it. We would gladly stay here again!
