The building parking garage entrance is very poorly designed as you go down to lower floors, the concierge for the hotel part of the building is at one corner where the entrance for condo room is on the opposite back corner, the building is just awkwardly built. It’s just a room with a bed and the street side is noisy, would never stay here again.

Old(some furniture are broken), but clean, spacious room. Great for a family stay.

It was horrible. Rooms are in bad condition. Despite booking for 4 people, we got 2 pillows and small quilts. No toothbrush in the bathroom, no extra towels, worst place ever

Overall it was a pleasant stay. A no frills type of condo (there is a hotel and also a condo in an adjacent building). We stayed in the condo part and it was nice to have a kitchenette. It was clean but the building is definitely dated. Parking is sufficient and you can walk to the beach.

The stay was okay. The view was great of the ocean. The beds (twin room) were hard. The room was not dirty but in need of updating. No breakfast offered due to the governmental covid restrictions. Check in was smooth and staff generally friendly. Overall not bad but the price was a tad bit high for the overall condition of the room.

Do not trust the photos. Chose the place looking at the photos and rating. Facility didn't look too clean and looked a little worn down.

전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 외옹치항도 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 샤워부스와 욕조가 둘다 있었는데, 샤워부스의 설계가 조금 잘못되어 그 안의 물이 목욕탕 내 바닥으로 흘러나와 불편했습니다. 그리고 냉장고가 와인 보관용이라서 그닥 차갑지 않아서 아쉬웠어요

It was wonderful

Stayed with my family of 4. Positive is it’s within waking distance to the beach. Beautiful location. However, hotel is not worth the $100 I paid for it. Very rundown, horrible WiFi, hard beds. The sheet curtains were soo wrinkled it could even close the window. No toiletries. If you wanted extra towels that was a extra charge. Carpet had stains all over it along with the bed frame. We only stayed one day, which was manageable, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

As usual it was a very good stay. The veiw is not as good as before

The carpets were worn out, the room didnt really have good sound proofing, bathroom had marks or paint from previous years of use. Not good overall...

It's comfortable for a short stay but the hotel is a bit run down

I will point out two things that the hotel needs to improve; * The door to the bathroom was very dirty, fingerprints, toothpaste, soap stains and many other unknown things * we couldn’t control our own room temperature. The temperature was so hot we had a hard time sleeping. I called the front desk...told me to open the window facing the loud street traffic noise. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.

Need improvement, lobby need upgrade as well as bedrooms

The staff was very hospitable and the service was excellent. Nice rooms and bathrooms.

Class 300 hotel is alway good. Front desk staff is always great & friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of Sokcho so it's about 20 min taxi ride to the main attraction Seoraksan National Park! From the hotel, it's also a 15 min walk to nearby seafood market and Daepo harbor where you can find all kinds of seafood there! Hotel staffs were friendly and trying to be helpful but due to their limit on English proficiency, it's kind of a problem when we tried to communicate to them. Room was spacious and clean but basic. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement as basically was catered to Korean guest as there was not much choices especially continental breakfast or western cuisine!

Wonderful, but the front desk was not as friendly and we are use to.

The floor and mirrors were dirty. The lighting was poor and the lamp did not work. The cafe attached was not open both days. There is not much in the immediate area aside from mt seorak and the beach. The surrounding restaurants were closed. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. There was no microwave for the food i bought from the 7-11
