This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it stood out. The hotel staff was amazing - shout out to Bryan Castenada at the front desk! From the time we arrived (which was wayyy early, due to our flight), he made sure we were taken care of. Even got us into our room early! The hotel itself is a mini museum, with artwork dating back to the 17th century.

We were greeted with tea and smiles and asked to sit down while they processed our information. They brought our luggage up while we were still drinking tea, and went to the room and everything was there. The breakfast is quite nice in the hotel is comfortable and has some very interesting historical aspects

The staff is super accommodating and always smily and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

beautiful beautiful and beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, convenient location, great breakfast is included, plus, each room is pumped with extra oxygen, and when a kid in our group is sick, the hotel called doctor to the hotel to check the kid, they said if it’s needed, they will also help to send patient to hospital. This is the best place we have stayed

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service! We stayed in a King suite which was a big splurge but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Perfect room. Amazing staff

Perfect location and a lovely, bespoke property. The breakfast is excellent and the service even better.

It was great. Huge rooms with very high ceilings. It’s an old mansion from the 16th century. I’ve stayed in converted castles and mansions before and they usually stink and were built for tiny people. This one was very nicely converted into a modern hotel. They even have artwork from various periods in history they were in the mansion.
