The room was clean and had a bath which was convenient

The facilities are adequate. There are few other choices in the area for golfers at the excellent Grand'Mere golf course nearby.

Helpful staff. Posted address for hotel reservation showed Shawinigan but motel was located in Grand mere, a sector of Shawinigan but confusing for Google maps which should help find the place easier. Signage could be improved especially at night to find the motel.

Although the building is likely ~50 years old, the interior has been comprehensively, tastefully, and well renovated with enlarged modern rooms and bathrooms. It appeared to be quite busy while we were there, but it was very quiet in the room. Given the proximity to La Mauricie and the highway to Saguenay, as well as the charm of the Grand-Mere district of Shawinigan, it is a good choice.

It’s at a really nice location to visit the La Mauricie National park. Rooms are clean. There were a few noisy guests at late night. The WiFi speed was very slow.

The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor pool looked really nice to swim in - I regret forgetting my bathing suit!

Chambre vraiment très propre , prix abordable , communication avec la madame pour avoir des services le matin un peu difficile , ne parlait ni français ni anglais , mais on a réussi à ce comprendre .J y retournerais sans problème

Le matelas commençait à dater avec un spring qui ressortait et celui du divan lit n'était pas confortable. Mais sinon tout le reste était très propre et entretenu. Manque un peu d'amour autour de la piscine mais quand même utilisable.
