Clean room with ample space to work or relax. Close to amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery) and park on main road of Grand-Mere / five-minute drive

I arrived at the hotel and asked if I could plug my car in an ordinary plug. The answer was « no ». We should be able to plug our electric cars wherever we go in hotels or motels. It's not a big expense. Very low actually. Also, there was an electric outage during over more than an hour and nobody told us what was going on. Poor service even if the place was clean and calm.

Renovated room, staff was helpful but the coffee pot didn’t work. Price was ok when it’s a short trip or driving through for a nights trip. I’ll stop by again if I travel that way. Thanks

The room was clean and had a bath which was convenient

The facilities are adequate. There are few other choices in the area for golfers at the excellent Grand'Mere golf course nearby.

Helpful staff. Posted address for hotel reservation showed Shawinigan but motel was located in Grand mere, a sector of Shawinigan but confusing for Google maps which should help find the place easier. Signage could be improved especially at night to find the motel.
