Staff was wonderful, especially Cynthia. Very helpful and accommodating. Lovely clean hotel with a limited but good breakfast. Great location. Rooms are a little small but sufficient.

Excellent choice of a hotel in Ushuaia. Centrally located near shops, restaurants, port. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast in room ( and evening restaurant) with scenic views. Highly recommend.

Great hotel......but...small botle of water left in your room....if you drink its chargable, 4 dollars. You would expect that within the cost 250ml of water could be provided...

The hotel was perfect in every way except the noise. We had motorcycles racing up and down the street all hours of the night. It is really a shame idiots ruin this nice spot.

Great Stay at the Lennox, in the heart of the town! Be prepared for some late night noise, loud cars and bikes especially, but can't beat the location! Everything is walking distance! Was given a great room at check-in too, amazing view!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. We were especially impressed with the woman with glasses that was working the front desk most evenings. I didn’t catch her name.

The property is modern and clean and in a great location on the main street, however the rooms are really small and have very little storage. The rooms are also not sound proofed and we could hear our next door neighbors as well as loud people outside all through the night as it was a Saturday on our first night. The breakfast was good and the 4th floor lounge was nice. The staff was okay, but they didn't let us stay even an extra hour without paying. If you decide to stay here, please take aer plugs. The view from our room was very nice, as it was from the dining room.

Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the full hotel and they had a gas problem and the rooms were going to be cold. Upon arrival, they had already made arrangments for us to go to another hotel including the transporation to the new hotel. We had Christmas dinner reservation still at the hotel as the restaurant was open and it was fantastic! Really cring staff, went out of their way and did a marvelous job! The hotel from waht we could see was very nice and comfortable and in the heart of town and walkable every where!

When we arrived, at check in we were informed that there was no water no electricity. They booked us in another hotel. We were not happy.

The hotel was closed due to a gas leak, and they relocated us to the Albatross

The hotel is clean, well managed and the drinks are cheap. However, the construction / maintenance going on between midnight to 5AM prevented a restful sleep and they should have known to schedule that during the day. Hearing drills go off in the early morning for a light sleeper was not relaxing.

We have to change rooms because of bathroom malfunction The hotel charged a higher per night rate that the one specified in our reservation and no credible explanation was provided when ask other that no extra fee was charged. We paid us$ 72 in excess of the reservation rate.

Good location, terrible breakfast. Terrible soundproofing! Could hear everything outside the rooms and building. No aircon or fan
