Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sie haben ein Ameisenproblem. Wir hatten überall im Zimmer Ameisen, auch im Bett! Es gab eine Durchgangstüre ins andere Zimmer, dass anderen Gäste gebucht haben. Die Türe von unserer Seite war nicht abgeschlossen und wir haben es vermehert angesprochen, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Hotel hat ein grosses Problem mit Hornissen. Überall hat es Näster und diese waren auch vermehrt überall draussen im Hotel. Das Trinkwasser im Restaurant schmeckte sehr stark nach kalk, dies konnte man nicht trinken. Im ganzen ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks. The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay.

The place is very nice but i would not recommend to stay in a suite if you are a family of 4! My kid doesn't sleep in a childs bed and my wife was crammed into the main bed with the 3 kids whilst i slept on the single! The food with the mains is good but the desserts are rubbish and the ice cream stand had possibly the worst ice creams i've had!

Overall a decent place to stay. The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t return or recommend but it was fine for a week away.

Great Food, Convenient, good service and good facilities.

İt was nice hotel. But the service in Greek rest. and bars was not adequate. There was always queue. In the restaurants although there is an open areas, smoking is forbidden. There should be seperate places for smokers. Besides it was interesting that there is no ouzo in main restaurant. There is a big rocks in the sea. Therefore it was really dangerous to swim. There should be a solution for this problem such as long dock in order not to try to swim in the rocks.

The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you are instructed NOT to put used toilet paper in the toilet in your room, but to dispose of it in a pedal beside the toilet. I ended up having to make frequent visits to the main reception toilet which had no restrictions. Overall, I found the facilities, entertainment and general layout of the resort underwhelming. However, the buffets were tasty and there was a good selection. But you would get bored of the menu after a week.

The staff couldnt do anymore for you, so attentice, polite, helpful with advice on food/areas to visit/avoid & family welcoming resort to stay on! Will defintely return.

Everything as above expectations. Friendly staff, variety of food and clean towels daily.

Good sports facilities and tennis. Well run. Nice beach. Fine if the weather is good. But you need transport to go anywhere.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Lakitira resort for making our stay exceptional. The location was excellent and we felt like we were in paradise for the whole week - with the private beach only a few minutes walk away from our room, excellent service and food and a beautiful room and resort... We would definitely go back again!

Great facilities and position, the buffet dinners were plentifull but confusing by way of menu and layout and also mashed up flavours. So maybe just pay for breakfast (excellent) and eat out in the next town each evening.

The location is excellent... The hotels beach is faboulous.. The staff very kind and helpfull.. However rooms look old..as well the entrance and the common spaces.. No attentionbto details. Quality of food is really poor. From breakfast to dinner it is very disappointing. The variety is wide and apparently they put lot of effort..but results are a disaster. Dessert are horrible (but look really nice)..the rest is normally overcooked. Even simple things as pilaf rice was not edible (absolutely under-coocked). it's a pity because the potential is big..and the beach there is one of the best of the Island.

An extremely efficiently run resort with very friendly and capable staff. Buffet food excellent, facilities very good.

Great place to stay. No trouble in Kos island and even better in Kardenema. Very safe, no money troubles, really nice & friendly staff, great food, drinks, pools, views everything great. We stayed in the resort which is excellent.

We had a brilliant holiday and I have no criticisms about the hotel and the staff. If you want to explore on foot outside the hotel area then you will find it is along way to any villages etc. We were on a relaxing break so stayed at the resort and were not disappointed.

From the minute we arrived until we departed the staff were excellent. Rooms were large and clean, entertainment was the worst that I have ever experience, except the Greek musicians at the Taverna.

The resort is nice, lovely beach, nice pool. But there are issues. First, it is a Mark Warner "resort" (not exclusive of course) which means there are herds of young kids, older kids and teenagers being ferried along the pool, restaurants and all other sports and ents areas, which can be intimidating and, quite frankly, irritating, to other guests. I found the MW staff rude and inconsiderate, and many of the older kids and teens simply very innapropriate in their running around restaurants, making a huge amount of noise there and in the pool area - away from parents, they seemed to behave like maniacs. I am a teacher, and have no patience for that in my holiday. Expedia doesn't advertise this hotel as such, so other travellers should be warned. The food in this all-inclusive or half-board is not great either - there are really only 2 restaurants (the third is extra!) and the Italian one is a ridiculous pain (you need to make a booking, which is just stupid). The drinks and ice cream are insanely overpriced - I guess as guests are kept hostage in the resort, the hotel gets away with it. Staff are friendly, but need lessons in customer services. Overall, I wouldn't go back, and I am not sure I recommend it.
