This is an excellent hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is located close to the Metro and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist centre. The hotel is in a busy area, so expect traffic noise - but this has been made significantly worse by the work to expand the Metro during the working day. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel!

Incredible location central to walking to most everything. Staff were wonderful. We had a car and valet was great. Rooms were very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel! Large, spacious, beautiful rooms. Our balcony was right on the open square. It was amazing! The bar was awesome and the American bar tender was very nice and helpful. All the staff were wonderful! The very central location was awesome and made the days easy. Such a short walk to the river, churches, the market, everything! Great hotel!

It was only a short overnight stay, but a great choice of hotel. Admittedly a little pricey for around 17 hours, and the only time in the hotel was for sleep. However, it can't be denied that this is a top class hotel, not a budget one. It should be noted that there's currently work going on around the hotel - I think it's to do with a metro extension, BUT it wasn't noticeable from inside. There are 2 metro stations very close by. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were very helpful. No complaints at all.

Construction all day and night long around the hotel. Extremely imconvenient ah hardly had any sleep. The hotel needa to mention this before offering accommodation. Its an expensive hotel and had zero rest at night. Extremely disappointed

Amazing hotel, fantastic location, superb staff. Even though the square in front was having work done getting anywhere was an easy walk. Highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately, a huge city construction project is right outside the front door, and work continues into the night and early mornings. The restaurant is nice and the food is well prepared but is under staffed. Our check-in was smooth but the reception staff is cold and unhelpful. They make you feel like you are bothering them if you ask a question, and never say hello to you when you walk by ... our room was at the top of the stair so we walked by them every time we left or returned to the hotel. We would not choose this hotel again.

There was a huge construction going on right smacked in front of the room. They worked till 11pm and starts the next morning like 5-6am. The drilling just went on and on and we had a terrible 2 nights stay. Point is, we weren't informed by the hotel at all. Bathroom floor in marble was not heated during winter and it’s very cold. Other than this, the location of the hotel is a 5 star. Will have rated it a 5 stars if not for the construction

We had a great experience, the room was very nice, the service was outstanding. Highly recommended
