The service staff are rude and like to make faces. They should be trained and taught. Everything else is good. The fake staff should be trained a lot. Thank you.

Unfriendly employees (some of them anyway) have to pay to wash the sheets when they are changed? Pushy cleaning staff, was in the shower and someone from cleaning just entered the bathroom to change the towels

My room 410 was very noisy because of side street. Bad smell in bathroom. The hot water was not hot. I asked for change my room but they said me hotel is full. The only one hotel who is full and of course it was not.

We stayed and checked in on Oct. 10, 20 1 night, got room 510, which was right up there on the stairs. When opening the door to the room, we have walked around and looked around.
