Upscale, great restaurant and lovely town close.

The picture of the room upon booking showed a patio door view of the forest. However, there was the hotel pool between our room and the forest, which affected our privacy. So I find the picture misleading. Everything else was amazing.

Service always excellent. Celine from echo river was a STAR. LYNNE Hopefully when back weather better.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Eco lodge on the 2nd floor.We left feeling as though we were at a resort!From the well appointed room,slightly dated ,mainly the shower, to the pool and hot tub(VERY hot btw)to the amazing food at the restaurants(breakfast at Muse,supper at Heron wine bar with a live jazz duo!)all excellent,includingthe staff!Amazing stay and can't wait to return!Not our first stay and certainly won't be our last!

Beautiful property in a wonderful natural setting. Maybe I missed it but wish there was a wall or some kind of display on the history of the property. Also, seemed like uninterested college kids running the front desk, spa, restaurants and bar. Otherwise great place.

Gorgeous setting. The grounds are beautiful. It is an older hotel but well maintained. You cannot beat waking to a view of a waterfall. We did not try the restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in one of the annex buildings, and everything was excellent. The room offered beautiful views and great amenities, and the hotel grounds were lively and well-maintained. The location was perefect , with easy accwss to the charming streets of Wakefield and historical and scenic attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended.

Great access to pool and hot tub when staying at ecolodge. Clean and friendly staff.

Walking distance from the village of Wakefield, yet it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The staff were friendly and 100% bilingual. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The restaurant food was great and the sound of falls in background created a nice ambiance. The wooden exteriors of the building are starting to show their age, but that was the only negative I can think of. We will return.

Flawless stay, room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Such a unique and well serviced property will definitely be returning
