I have been a guest at Suits Your Zinc for the past four years, visiting the property at least once a year. My family and I have viewed all the available rooms, and over time, we have noticed a marked decline in room quality. The lack of kitchen items we've found in the past and, especially, the poor quality of the beds is noticeable. The room appears clean, but if you look under the bed (for anything that might have fallen), you can see that the cleaning is superficial. The towels seem to be the same ones we used on our first visit—very poor quality and clearly indicating excessive and indiscriminate use. On the other hand, some street noise is to be expected, but being woken up by the noise of each guest returning at different times in the early morning is completely unacceptable. The doors, bathrooms, showers... they weren't always like this. Well, we were previously on the upper floors, so it's understandable that the lower the room, the more noise you hear from the building itself. The staff must be very good with technology, but in terms of presence and service, this is a hotel/hostel where you're on your own, and considering the cost per night, anyone would expect a bit more. Centric location

Everything went well, and the communication with the staff was quick and effective. We just had 2 issues, the only sofa was really uncomfortable, and the washer machine didn’t work. We talked to the staff about the sofa and was nothing that could be done, and we didn’t call for the washer machine because it was during the weekend and we didn’t have time for it.

You Need to add sound proofing to the walls you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours and out side, didn’t get any good nights sleeping

Clean room, great location. Lots of stairs. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people. The apartment was very tired. The curtains were stained. The flooring dirty and damaged in places. The air conditioning did not work. This was reported but never fixed during our stay. The apartment was advertised as having free toiletries. There was only a dispenser in the shower which was broken. Our check-in was delayed by over an hour due to a cleaning incident. The apartment location is perfect. Right in the heart of Madrid, very close to Puerto del Sol. Shops, restaurants and bars all close by. Check-in and luggage store is away from the property but not a massive issue. Was good to be able to leave luggage before late departure. All keys are digital so ensure all party members upload the app prior to arrival. There is a lift which visits floors 1,2 and 5. It is very small. This is definitely a budget stay apartment in an old building so please consider this when booking.

Not a good experience. Property condition not as advertised. Misleading info not on the advertisement but also on direct contract with the property staff. Outdated furnitures.

On the center of Madrid, great location, attentive and professionals

Good location. Right on city center.

It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.

It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

Very good location . No shampoo in the bathroom. Didn’t change towels or clean room for four days we were there.

It was amazing

The location was the best. We felt safe all the time. We were near al the attractions. The nighttime was quiet. The air conditioner was very bad, we called to have a Fan, and they didn't provide it. It was very hot 1 small a/c in the room and apartment was very hot.
