Check in was easy and room was clean on arrival - window didn’t shut properly and heating was a bit temperamental, eventually being too warm in middle of night - it was one night so for the price perfectly decent - breakfast was pretty decent with a good cooked selection and some cold alternatives. Approx £20 taxi ride into Sheffield.

Visiting for a one night stay for the Kyle Tension Tour concert, receptionist was friendly and helpful , offered to call a taxi in advance of the concert.

The staff were amazing and so very helpful, really made a big difference.

Perfect overnight stay. Warm welcome and checked in quickly giving details of taxi and uber services to Sheffield Arena where we were going. Lovely clean room and everything what you needed. Lovely breakfast in the morning with a good choice of hot and cold food.

Staff were fantastic but although listed air con was not available on the hottest day of the year. We were lucky we had a fantastic but they quickly ran out of those and had a waiting list. Breakfast was cleared away at 9.30 without asking if we'd finished or wanted anything else.

Room very warm, Hotel would not turn on Air Conditioning system saying it was too early in the year to do that.

Good quick check in friendly staff; ideal place to stay when going to concert at arena

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Very expensive for drinks though £17.95 for a pint of Stella and a large Pino. Would definitely return but won't drink there

Friendly, helpful staff, clean hotel throughout, air con wasnt working which was disappointing as one of the main reasons to book this over hotels in vicinity. Food was tasty at both lunch and breakfast.

Rooms were lovely and spacious. Very clean only thing was breakfast was cold and fruit salad items looked dry and turning brown

A free drink on arrival!

Air con in the rooms doesn't work. Best way to describe my sleep is like sleeping in a sauna. Horrendous!

Only real problem was that the property claims to have A/C but it does not actually work no matter how low you turn the thermostat. We were there for a very important sporting event but could not get a decent night's sleep because of the heat and was then dehydrated in the morning, so not a suitable property unless you like to overheat in the night.

We had a good stay. The staff were great and the cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom looked brand new and was lovely. Just a few small things that could be improved - softer pillows, most of the buttons on the remote control didn't work and no USB plugs or any plug near the bedside table.

Perfect place to stay as we went to the arena to see a show. Friendly welcoming staff

Staff were lovely especially Jack on reception. Bed and pillows super comfy but noisy as in the middle of an industrial estate.
