I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! Loved our room with a balcony for us to have drinks on before dinner. Won’t bore you with the rest, just book it.

I was massively impressed by the Alpen Hotel. Giovanni on reception bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The underground secure bike storage area was fantastic and they even found us a track pump. The whole hotel is funkily decorated and much more modern and chic than any other "ski chalet" style hotel I have ever stayed in. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and special mention must also go to the shower: ginormous shower head, always warm and powerful. The only slight criticism was a like warm hot tub at the time I tried it but I would definitely go back

I cannot recommend this place highly enough - from the super friendly welcome we received, to the bicycles we were given, to the spa facilities, the gorgeous room and the amazing dinner - this is definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Every little detail is thought of and is such a little interesting spot. Myself and my husband are just trying to figure out when we can get back for some skiing as can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent value. I don't think I have stayed in a more friendly hotel in Europe. I was staying on my own and all the staff we're very friendly and as chatty as you'd wanted. I loved this hotel!

Great room. Great Breakfast. Monica, the owner, exceeded our expectations and made our stay so very pleasant.

we stayed at Alpen for one night and this was a real delight. The hotel is brand new and very well designed with natural materials. Room was exceptionally clean and fresh with very restful beds. Staff is very welcoming. Restaurant served wonderful local specialties.

Struttura pulita ed accogliente, il personale è molto disponibile e fiore all’occhiello, è la SpA! .... anche se piccolo, è essenziale ed accogliere. La cena e la colazione, sono stati veramente due momenti splendidi!! Piatti ottimi!! Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Struttura abbastanza nuova (9 anni), ma in ottime condizioni. Posizione a pochi metri dalla statale del Foscagno, ma al sicuro dal rumore e dal traffico. Giardino con parco giochi per bambini. Piccola spa con idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zona relax in ottime condizioni. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale attento e cordiale, mai troppo invadente. Cucina ricercata ispirata al territorio, anche se talvolta le ricette non sembrano perfettamente riuscite. Ricca colazione.

Super hyggeligt hotel i rigtig god stand, hotellet er familie ejet og servicen er god. Parkering lige udenfor, restauranten er god og tilbyder flere forskellige retter til børn

stanza molto bella, cucina ottima, personale cortese (solo un appunto, mezza pensione si ma se si vuole cambiare alcune pietanze del menu occorre aggiungere alcuni euro, non lo trovo molto giusto)

Accogliente hotel di montagna con spa Vicino a bormio

Albergo con poche camere e tutte molto caratteristiche e particolari. Tutto l'albergo è costruito con materiali di pregio e finiture di livello che creano un ambiente intimo e confortevole. Piccola spa, ma molto curata e pulita , a disposizione dei clienti. Personale e titolare dell'albergo sempre disponibili con cortesia e preparazione. L'unica pecca è un po la posizione vicino alla strada statale Bormio- Livigno che lo rende molto comodo per le due destinazioni ma lo penalizza un po, anche se tutti gli ambienti, camere comprese, sono perfettamente insonorizzati e quindi dall'interno non crea il minimo disturbo.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Tutto è fantastico, dal servizio alla pulizia alla gentilezza del personale. Colazione veramente fantastica, parcheggip comodo e posizione strategica. Torneremo sicuramente!
