Bed was bit hard but the area was safe

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and big enough for one person. Water in the shower on the first day was barely warm but it was fine on the second day. Breakfast could be improved

Very good hotel in Belém - PA. Great location, clean, good breakfast, attentive and friendly staff.

Good location and breakfast. I stayed in other hotels in the same location but this one has pool and also other amenities which makes some difference. Room was a little bit small.

The Hotel is OK, but no one speak English or Spanish and the rooms are to small.Other than that it has a good location and the service are good in comparison with the price.

All was good and new and nice. There was free wifi in the rooms after all and a good free breakfast. A noisy neighbor would be an issue but we only had one loud phone call in the next room at a decent hour. So overall, we were very happy with everything and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Adoramos a localização, o café da manhã, a limpeza delicada da Marcia, o atendimento eficiente na madrugada que chegamos, a recepçao do Felipe, Elisa e cia. Recomendo e voltaremos!

O primeiro quarto tinha muito cheiro de mofo, mas prontamente nos colocaram em outros quarto que estava melhor

Hotel muito bom. Equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã melhorou em relação a outros anos.
