The property is located right on the roadside, with a 7-Eleven next door. It's also not far from Hakata Subway Station and a bus stop, and it's also a short walk to Canal City. Self-check-in is available from check-in, and you can drop your key in a box on your return day. Amenities include a hair dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, and drinking water on the second floor, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable. Overall, I was quite impressed, and if I have the chance to go here again, I will definitely return.

The location is very strategic, you can find restaurants and convenience stores nearby—besides it being so close to the city's shopping center and main station. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hotel is located near Hakata station (the largest and busiest station in Fukuoka), which houses KITTE mall and OIOI, and is only 2 stations away from the airport. Next to the hotel is an office building with a 7-Eleven, and it's only a couple of minutes' walk to Canal City mall, home to the Gundam museum/store. The location is very convenient for getting around, being close to the CBD area, station, and bus stops. While the room is very small, it's extremely clean and modern. We recommend packing light and bringing smaller suitcases. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return!

Hotel look nice and new. Staff are friendly (It would be great if they can speak english more fruently). There are shower kits and tea available in the lobby. The hotel is very closed to 7-eleven, restaurents, cafe, and Canal City Mall.

Hotel is near Hakata station within 10 mins walk -and near canal city department store. The lobby is great and staff is nice and can speak English. Room is quite small which is proper to the low price. Worth money: D.

Location is great but the room condition was not expected. But old and stain on the toilet.
