Excellent hotel - the staff, from reception to service, were enthusiastic and attentive; I will definitely return.

There are few children's play areas, the breakfast options are limited, Huynh Thuc Khang road is still under construction so it's very dusty and full of potholes, the beach is average but the scenery is beautiful. Compared to other hotels in Mui Ne, Le Viva is a better choice in Mui Ne.

The rooms are fully equipped, and electric buggy transportation is available when needed.

I recently stayed here with my family and was truly disappointed with the resort's management: - Regarding check-in: Discrimination: My family has two young children, we arrived around 11:00 AM and requested assistance with early check-in. However, the resort completely ignored individual guests to prioritize group check-ins. While groups of dozens of people got rooms in just 20 minutes, my family had to wait until 2:15 PM. The way they worked was very unfair and showed no minimum priority for young children. - Regarding housekeeping: The daily room cleaning skills were very sloppy. Guests had to remind them to clean, and when they did, it was just a perfunctory job (changing linens instead of cleaning the room). This is unacceptable for a high-end resort. - The only bright spot: The security staff and electric buggy drivers received praise for their enthusiastic work. However, that's not enough to compensate for the poor customer service. I will not be returning here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Le Viva Mui Ne resort (April 25-27, 2026).

The staff were friendly, however, the soundproofing wasn't very good. You could hear the doors of the next room opening and closing, and because my family has a young child, the baby was startled several times 🥲. If the soundproofing had been better, this trip would have been much more enjoyable.

I stayed in a room near the pool, on the stairs. The service was okay, but the rooms were quite small. The balcony was spacious, but the room itself was small. The resort is quite old, so the rooms aren't very fancy or modern.

The location is right next to the sea, very wonderful, there are security guards cleaning up trash along the beach every morning. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic to support. The room is spacious and clean. The two swimming pools always have lifeguards on duty. The breakfast is very delicious and rich, the best seasoning of any 4-star resort I've ever been to. In the morning, there are fishermen pulling in their nets, which is very fun. If possible, I hope the resort allows check-in a little earlier, because 2pm is a bit late. I have recommended it to my friends, I will definitely come back next time.

The staff from the reception to the departments are all polite, courteous, and enthusiastic in supporting. There is an electric car to pick up and drop off on campus, convenient for commuting in and out.

Dust and trash all over the common area. Nice beach, good breakfast but not much variety. In short, I will not come back.

A family of 5 including 2 elderly people, 1 child and 2 adults stayed in a very comfortable 2 bedroom family room. The resort is spacious and cool, with lots of trees and two very large swimming pools. My child really likes the children's pool because it has a water slide and security guards. The receptionist and the tram service staff are extremely enthusiastic. The cleaning ladies are also very enthusiastic in supporting guests. Overall, 10 great points. If I have the opportunity to experience it again, I will choose this place.
