Hotel San Miguel is a lovely property in the historic area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and stores in the area. I highly recommend Cáscara Cafe for breakfast or lunch.

The location is great. It is close to everything, cathedral, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services. The room is very spacious. It also has a great view over the terrace and church steeples in the old town. The reception is very helpful arranging transportation services for us. The taxi can get to the hotel door without lugging the luggage on the limited access streets.
