So acabei sentindo frio no quarto porque era inverno e não tinha nenhum cobertor no armario, acabei dormindo mal porque nao quis descer pois ja era de madrugada para pedir coberta. Sugiro deixarem cobertor no armario.

I especially liked the location within an easy walk to Copacabana beach. Restaurants are close by as is plenty of shopping. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful

I like the location and the check in was easy and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. An extra blanket at night would be good as it gets so cold. Overall a very nice stay and value for money

Os funcionários são excelentes! Todos muito solícitos e simpáticos. Porém chegamos cedo, e só podemos entrar no quarto às 13:30. Mas isso não foi um problema, mas nós colocaram em um andar que estava tendo obra em cima e do lado. Não deu pra dormir e tivemos que trocar de quarto pq tínhamos um reunião on-line também. Depois da troca fomos tomar banho e só tinha água gelada, ligamos na recepção e falaram que só teria água quente as 18;00. Tomei banho gelado e não pude lavar o cabelo. Depois quando chegamos as 20:30 só tinha água gelada tbm. No dia seguinte queríamos sair cedo, acordei às 06:30 pra lavar o cabelo já que não consegui lavar no dia anterior devido a falta de água quente, e também só tinha água gelada só resolveram as 08:30 que já era pra gente ter saído. Isso atrapalhou bastante nosso passeio e planos. O andar próximo a obra não deveria ser utilizado, e o mínimo seria verificar o chuveiro. Foi bem frustrante e ainda era meu aniversário!

staff courteus and friendly but room was dirty as well as overall hotel. No Water for one of the days due to construction.

Bom servico de quarto, atendentes/equipe educados prestativos, foi tudo muito bom. Mas acho que na area da academia poderia ter um bebedouro para o hospede pegar agua.

The room was much worse than the pictures. House keeping staff didnt even change the sheets or restock water in the refrigerator for 5 days. One day the hoise keeping didnt provide the bedding once changing sheets. It took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket for the bed. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was provided but not very good. The bed in the room was poor quality. Not worth it.

La chambre était répugnante : plafond en état de pourriture avancée, moisissures visibles, cafards qui se promènent librement, fourmis partout, y compris près du lit. Dormir là-dedans est tout simplement inhumain. Les draps étaient sales, manifestement pas changés, avec une odeur écœurante. L’hygiène est zéro, le ménage est inexistant. On se demande sérieusement comment cet établissement peut encore être autorisé à recevoir du public. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, l’hôtel pratique des prix scandaleux pour le Nouvel An, totalement abusifs. Faire payer aussi cher pour une chambre dans cet état relève de l’escroquerie. Ils profitent de Copacabana et de la haute saison pour arnaquer les clients. Aucune réaction sérieuse du personnel, aucune excuse crédible, aucun geste commercial. Mépris total des clients. Cet endroit est une honte absolue pour l’hôtellerie à Rio. Si vous tenez à votre santé, à votre argent et à votre dignité : N’Y METTEZ JAMAIS LES PIEDS.

O hotel está em excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manha bem gostoso

Sugeriria que limpassem o elevador de serviço. Cheirava muito mal. Sugiro tirar aquele bidê do banheiro e colocar um varal. É praia, molhamos as roupas e precisamos de um lugar para deixar secar. Pessoal bem educado, atende bem. Localização excelente.

Doing construction above us on the next floor. Could hear everything. Not the cleanest place. Mosquito bites. Don't recommend this place but maybe I had a bad experience.

Primeiramente o quarto triplo que foi pago não havia no local no ato do check in. Depois de algum tempo foi improvisado uma terceira cama para ser colocada no quarto duplo deixando o ambiente extremamente apertado e desconfortável. Durante a estadia apareceram diversas baratas no quarto, o ar condicionado funcionando precariamente.

Nice hotel and comfortable room. In a good location with a rooftop patio. I wasn't impressed with the rest of the staff but Juliana at the front desk is great! Hard to find, especially in Brazil

Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one. Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

Very clean and great value , breakfast was really nice
