We had the most incredible stay here. Lovely staff, gorgeous views, a cozy lobby with great breakfast and drinks. We have no complaints!

Beautiful property with polite and helpful staff.

Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining).

It was very central for our ski trip. Staff were friendly and hotel was really nicely designed.

The hotel is a beautiful place and the staff is wonderful.

Only stayed the one night in this hotel as a stopover on the way from Salzburg to Innsbruck. Took the train to Kitzbühel Hahnekamn station - the hotel is not far from there. Happy with everything although would have preferred that breakfast was option, not inclusive in the price. Nevertheless breakfast was good and plentiful.

Perfect for a long weekend with couples and friends.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located in the town. However one member of the hotel team was continually rude, made my family feel unwelcome and upset my daughter. This was discussed with the hotel manager who was unhelpful. We ended up avoiding all the hotel facilities and eating/drinking and relaxing elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Stayed a few days with my two children (11 & 14). Got the train there, the hotel was in a perfect location - just a short walk from the station. Nice and quiet too. Skiing was just as handy. I will be back.

Really nice hotel, no complaint whatsoever, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only small comment I would make is the beds are not extremely comfortable (especially the pillows) :P but for a ski holiday that’s enough

Good common / bar areas. Great service and friendly staff Ok breakfast Excellent location - close to centre and 10 minutes walk from lifts Rooms were in average condition but definitely not 4-star. Bed was terrible, mattress was with holes and squeaking at minimal movement. Noisy all around - got woken up in middle of the night by neighbours flushing the toilet! Appreciate high season but rates were disproportionate for what you get

I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Outstanding location, staff and breakfast. The room is nothing fancy, but it is clean and large. Can't wait to return.

Perfect hotel in Kitzbuehel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to have a balcony room that overlooked the mountains. We couldn't get enough of that amazing view. Close walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and cant wait to go back again.

Friendly staff. Great lounge area. Delicious breakfast. My only suggestion would be a self in bathroom for toiletries would be helpful
