Small rooms in the Japanese style, whether 2 people or 3 people stay, are the same room, 1 small bed, 1 big bed, small bathroom, not suitable for large people. The property has a lift. There are staff available all day and all night. There is drinking water that can be refilled. Near the subway akasaka ext.6 (there is an elevator). Near the school there are lawsan and 7-11, very convenient. There is a city tax that must be paid an additional 200¥/person/night.

Location is great, near the station and bus stops. Walking distance to the park. Several convenience stores nearby. The people at the front desk are very accommodating and always greet us with a smile. The bathroom is small though. And we could not understand the remote control of the AC. Beds are comfy we tend to oversleep :) Overall we had a relaxing stay at this hotel. Will consider booking this again.
