Amazing hotel, everything was good! Looking forward to returning in the future!

Too crowded. Food buffet is tasteless. We booked a double bed and got a triple bed. The phobe wasn't working. I do not recommend this place.

Excellent hotel. Clean, with very helpful and nice staff. Food was very good. Very close to SOHO Square, which offers a wide variety of upscale shopping, dining & entertainment. Over all, very good value.

First impressions, friendly polite staff. Gardens are kept immaculate, very pretty walking around the hotel. Rooms are lovely and big, we had a nice big balcony. Lots of choice of food. Lots of choice of drinks. Big shout out to all the Restaurant staff. They are a credit to your hotel. Highly recommend staying here, we have lovely memories to take home.

Stayed here for a week - great weeks stay in a hotel. Air conditioning and door broke during our stay but this was fixed right away. Food is okay, repetitive and entertainment not bad. Near soho square and the beach so always something to do. There are many pools on site which is nice.

Tired and average. The bedroom was a good size but its decor was tired, and the A/C sounded at times like a plane taking off. Also, the balcony door would not look! The restaurant has the feel of a canteen and the food was limited in choice and average in taste. Cats sleeping on sofas in the reception/lounge area. No late check out available! Compared to others it is lacking a lot. This was my second stay here and will be my last.

Enjoyed Everything during my stay at Sierra. So Delicious food with more variety. Clean Room enjoyed with the main pool also their was Spa included The sea is so marvelous Soho square programs overall I enjoyed every minute in my stay

Me and my wife has an amazing stay at Sierra resort, the resort is very clean, food is very nice with different varieties suitable for everyone, pools and activities is amazing, check-in was normal, however main restaurant team is exceptional, I wish I remember all the names but Rasha has a very warm welcome and always greet us with a smile and very friendly attitude, main pool bar team is working hard to service everyone on time even when it’s busy. Resort offers good discount for near bay restaurants which is very nice gesture from the resort, only point not happy with is from reservation team which I have informed before arrival that we are celebrating our anniversary however, there was nothing offered, even I ask to arrange something and I will pay for it, but no one reply back to me, which was a bit disappointing, however the warm welcome from other team members and the professionalism of the all team make my vacation is the best one, can’t wait to come back and meet everyone

First time stay in May 2023. Overall very happy with our experience, lovely hotel, generally friendly staff that made you feel welcome. Good food choice for all sittings, beautiful beach that is defiantly worth the short trip to see. The property also has cats, which for us was a bonus.

Very average. Nice looking hotel and decent rooms. However, the food was limited in choice and very bland to taste. I only stayed one night but was woken at 6.30 by persons in the room next door. Told reception who showed no interest at all. Had less than 24hrs at the hotel but not allowed to have lunch even though I had paid for All Inclusive !?

Foram dias maravilhosos. O lugar é lindo, confortável, a comida maravilhosa, funcionários atenciosos. Pretendemos retornar com certeza. Foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei na minha vida.

Personnel peu accueillant à l'accueil précisément et nourriture assez grasse. Pour le reste, d'autres membres du personnel plutôt gentils, chambre très propre et une piscine sans bruit ni musique ni cris d'enfants très appréciable.
