Enjoyed our stay! Breakfast wast amazing! Staff was friendly! Room was clean and beds were comfy! Indoor pool was nice! Hotel was close to all of our outdoor activities No complaints Would highly recommend

The amenities listed on hotels.com were very incorrect, things that made me pick this particular property. There was no restaurant or bar, which I needed after 13 hours in the car. The hot tub had been out of service for quite a while and the pool heater was broken. However breakfast was great, and the staff was wonderful.

The only thing we didn’t like was trying to get to and froze m the property because of the big trucks. There was a truck stop close by and it took forever to get out and get in.

I got sick and had to cancel on of our nights and the staff was helpful and understanding. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Beds are so hard. Everything else was great..

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Like the free USA Today daily paper. Even on the third floor, the shower water pressure was good. Had trouble with the bedside lamp and wall outlets when trying to charge computer and phone. When I reported the lamp/outlet issue during check-out, Management said it'd replace lamp.

Very attentive staff, breakfast was great and delicious! We stayed here and did not mind driving 30 mins to explore Hot Springs. Big bonus they are dog friendly!! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and staff was very friendly. Our room had a strange smell (musky) and bathroom door would catch on the tile floor so hard to close. But otherwise would stay there again!
