We stayed 1 night, family of 6.. had 2 separate room, on different floors which i didn't like as we have 2 children with autism and dibetes..Windows didnt lock, room was clean but could do with being updated. The 2 Pools shut at 8pm and my kids were gutted.. no kettle etc in rooms either.. The breakfast in the morning was not good had a good selection but tasted terrible. Lots of people had even left there breakfast too.

Modern hotel inside rush residental quater in the narrow street, the worst parking abilities I have ever seen (no hotel ramp, no chance to stop in front of the hotel to get off - I had to drive in cycles around the hotel for 20 minutes just to get off the suitcase !!). Room and services acceptable, morning buffet much worse than shown at demo-pictures in the hotel-profile. Less vegetable and almost none fruit, just lot of sweetees, coffee like a rosted-barley extract. Perfect beach 800m from the hotel downtown the street.

The only downside was the lack of WiFi. More of a problem for my 17 year old granddaughter than for us.

Birthday trip to the Benidorm Palace

excellent hotel . food was great English or continental breakfast . meals at night great as well . room was a good size and very clean . staff were friendly . only downfall entertainment was catered for the Spanish . 10 minutes from poinente beach . 15 minutes from Benidorm city square . an excellent cafe ,bar just down the road from the hotel called la islette opened 24hours ! very good for 3 star and will definitely be back to this hotel !

We arrived in trepidation because of bad reviews we had read. But in all respects our stay was good. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room very clean and acceptable, and the breakfast buffet plentiful and of acceptable quality. We will stay again.

Lo mejor de todo la cama, muy ancha y cómoda. Desconizco sibre las habitaciones al exterior, pero en mi caso, la ventana daba a un patio interior que en mi opinion no deja ventilar lo suficiente. Al entrar olia mucho a algo, no se si humedad, cerrado, carcoma,...ni idea, pero un olor muy fuerte. Posiblemente en otra época del año no pasa, pero nos coincidió con varios colegios, y chicos corriendo por el pasillo a la una de la mañana es un poco molesto. El desayuno, buffet, bien, aceptable, muy completo.

Hôtel qui est un peu vieillot , on entend le bruit des écoulements à l’étage supérieur Chambre avec fenêtre donnant sir cour intérieure et donc vis à vis avec les autres chambres Nous étions en demi-pension, repas copieux mais ce n’est pas de la grande cuisine mais très correct pour le prix payé 70€ pour 2 la nuit

Chambre médiocre. Bon pour une seule nuit. Parking inexistant car peu de place. Je l'avais d'ailleurs choisi pour ça, mais apparemment plus de disponibilité. Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre. Emplacement bien

Habitación limpia, desayuno buffet con bastantes opciones, las instalaciones en general podrían mejorarse con una mano de pintura.. Cambiar cortinas o colchas, la piscina de arriba dejaba que desear, desconchada y paredes muy sucias, exceso de cloro que irrita los ojos, y la piscina de abajo está en otra calle y se comparte con los demás hoteles de la cadena..

En resumen aceptable para personas mayores de edad, no para el resto, tanto la comida como lo demás

Albergo da vacanze di gruppo. Ne bene né male. Il personale molto cortese e gentile. La colazione la mattina un po' povera.la piscina era chiusa e lo abbiamo scoperto lì sul posto.

Hotel recomendable ; Responde calidad precio.

Todo perfecto.El servicio de comida muy bien,las habitaciones grandes.

Me gusto mucho el comedor, lo malo es que estar muy mal distribuido a la hora de buscar la comida, porque estar todo lejos.
