Great hotel, great location and a great breakfast. Fantastic staff.

Positive- excellent distance to airport; excellent food at restaurant Negative- refrigerator in room did not work; ants in room; no snack bar/vending machines as claimed in expedia; toilets constantly “ran”; run down condition.

Bed was too hard for me but would be good for some and the pillows were too soft. Room only set up for one person one cup and one water and one lit of pillows etc so needed to get more.

The bartender/ server in the restaurant was very helpful, given that we were close to the time lunch was no longer being served. He also brought us a light snack in the evening when we went to the bar for a drink.

Good value near the Genoa Airport. Convenient for that 6am departure! I arrived early (10am) as I had just disembarked from a cruise. I didn't expect to be given early checkin but as I told the front desk I wasn't feeling well and would be in the lobby awaiting the room. They didn't give me a room until 3p (which was the proper time). Not complaining but the hotel was clearly not fully booked and since I was not feeling well it would have been nice to get into the room sooner other than waiting 5 hours. Nonetheless, restraunt opened at 12noon and I enjoyed a lovely lunch.

We face trouble to park our car due to the buses occupying the main entrance, very inconvenient. The hotel is very old

It’s super close to the Genoa airport, which is all we really wanted since we had a 6:10am departure. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch. Fine though.

I booked a night here because I had a very early flight the following morning. The hotel is extremely close to the airport--less than a 5 minute walk--so the convenience couldn't be beat. However, it's an average hotel in other respects. The room furniture looked cheap and dated. There was damage to my room's door. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, but no breakfast was included. The staff member who checked me in was in training and didn't really give me any information other than my room key. I wasn't looking for anything other than a hotel convenient to the airport, but you won't get anything fancy here.

The hotel is older, but still clean and quiet. The staff were excellent. A very convenient option for Genoa airport.

Tower Genova is within walking distance from Genoa Airport, which is the only reason to stay at this hotel. We booked this hotel as we were arriving late from an international flight and wanted to rest before heading out to Cinque Terre. The area is industrial, with no other dining options other than the hotel restaurant. The one waiter was working very hard , however, the kitchen forgot our order and it took 1.5 hours to serve us with one pizza and the sea bass (do not order, it was underwhelming, and the entire dish would fit in an IKEA glass up). Kudos to the hard working waiter. The room had not been updated for at least 30 years with curtains glued to the walls, peeling melamine on the countertops, sticky floors in all the spaces, mattresses that felt like they belong at an outdoor camp , hand towels that are thin and hard, as well as small insects crawling on the bathroom counters. I would not recommend this hotel; take the bus shuttle & train into town and skip the Tower Hotel.

Wasn’t the worst but maybe the weirdest hotel I can remember. Needs some updating. Upon checking in we had one towel and one coffee cup for the two of us. Busy and under staffed.

Mediocre all around. Close to airport is only positive.

Staff very friendly and professional, room clean and comfortable. I will come back in the future. Thank you!

Old building and needs upgrading

Horrible entry no direct entry to reception dirty cloths like from towels to bed sheets pillow covers they stink even after asking to replace it multiple times elevator was out of order so we had to take our suit cases (4 full sized ones) up 4 flights of stairs there were no toiletries in the bathroom and when it came time for breakfast the elevators were full and it took over 15 minutes for one to arrive with enough space for my family of 3 the breakfast is very alright not many options and horrible beverages never stay here

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is clean but somewhat tired. Worked well for our short stay.
