The hotel is averpriced and a lot of stuff was rude

Excellent location , close to airport . Excellent staff and excellent entertainment . Highly recommended . Even the breakfast was great

Excellent service. Great facilities. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 18th floor. Amazing view. Roof top bar was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.5 stars.

The room was great, however room service was one of the worse we’ve have ever experience. The first night we ordered food and the pizza was undercooked. We order breakfast for the day we were leaving. By the time the breakfast was delivered it was cold and soggy. Very disappointing food quality and taste. The valet parking was convenient however they charged me for a lost ticket and told me if I found it they would reimburse me however they did not. Although the rook was great, I am not it is worth staying there again since the food is not good at all. We ended up having to leave the hotel to go find food elsewhere after paying the hotels expensive food that was not good at all.

Great place

Para el costo de habitación el servicio fue pésimo. No hay responsabilidad y todo hay que referirlo al supervisor y el supervisor al gerente. No hay sentido común ni tampoco se siguen las instrucciones de lo que el cliente solicita. Todo el personal está sumamente mal adiestrado y no hay supervisión ya que la supervisión es fatal. No hay seguridad todo el mundo entra y sala del hotel. No hay bienvenida ni atención al llegar y al salir. Estoy decepcionado y no recomiendo el hotel. Espero logren recobrar si alguna vez tuvo el estatus de buen servicio, calidad y seguridad.

Service was great

Very nice hotel. Stayed on the 37 floor and the view was amazing. The pool was excellent also!

Clean, good entertainment and nice bars. Staff was very accommodating

Great hotel. location was good, within walking distance to food. Live entertainment at the lobby bar every night. The gym was ok if you want to get a quick workout . There’s a Coffee shop downstairs for quick snacks

As always, a great experience and I will be back!

Hotel Riu Plaza Guadalajara we stayed 1 night. Very comfortable. Great restaurant. Roof top views are the best even on a rainy day. Will return.
