We booked the Executive Suite, bed is a bit smaller than I expected for a suite but comfy enough. Though the restroom is a bit old and needs more cleaning or an upgrade instead. Elevator is quite scary. But over all we had a great stay.

place is old, our room is very far from reception area. no slippers available. no wifi available. bed is small than queen bed.

Broken window lock, cannot drain bath tub..not worth for the price..only 1 out 2 lamp shade is working

Loads of entertainment for the whole family. The staff were very nice. the room is huge. however, the rug was stinky. Overall, the we had a fun filled stay at stotsenberg.

Our stay was okay, though food is expensive. The buffet breakfast prepared got only few choices.

Staffs are not accommodating. They did not help us to bring my clients things upon checking, no one assists my client. They are not used of greeting clients / customers. My client did not enjoy the amenities like: Pool: it says that opening will be 7am, but they opened it at 8:30am Ball, for basketball has no air, the client asked if they can use the basketball court but they didn't inform my clients back.

It was ok for a short vacation with family but it is more suited for conferences. A little maintenance in the area is needed especially in the comfort room in the room where we stayed. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
