Unfortunately our 2 night stay was not pleasant, our room’s air conditioner was not functioning properly. The hotel did not have any other rooms supposedly from July 22-24. The only solution that Jimmy had was to use fans, it did help but no one came to look at the rooms (310) air conditioner. Our shower had an issue with the water pulsing hot and cold, with a loose drain. The good thing of the hotel is the location and very close to the Centre 5 min walk, unfortunately we just did not have good luck this time and our nights sleep was unpleasant especially in summer.

The pool area was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was useful.

Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Very easy to park - we stopped on the way from Paris to Nice for the night. Staff was very helpful and made good recommendations for food.

Well located just outside the old city walls. Great for families. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room. Property is under renovation but that did not interfere with our stay.

Room was ok but had many marks on the wall. Very small side tables. Could only fit a phone on it. Powered milk and no water. Had to request the room be cleaned. We were told that service ended at 2 pm even though we had put out the clean room sign at 11 am. Did have a beautiful court yard although we weren’t able to use due to the weather conditions.

The property was under construction and I was not notified until after I booked the stay. I would have chosen a different option if I was aware or at least I would have been more understanding. Not disclosing the construction prior to booking is unacceptable and why I can't give the location a higher rating.

Great family stay. About 20 min walk from Avignon center. Did not have laundry facilities despite advertising such.

Property is located just outside the ramparts of the medieval walled city of Avignon. The location is excellent for exploring this historic area.

Our family had a very comfortable two night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. Just need to replace the Fußball table! 😉

I was impressed by this room. It’s extremely clean and was beyond our expectations.

Loved having the Medieval walls just outside of the hotel so that all you had to do was cross the street and enter the center of Avignon
