Can’t believe that I have found a cockroach in the room, the bathtub got a lot of moldy and the water pressure and tempers are not enough as well.

Not enough service manning and the facilities already tired

Hot spring was great but the overall infrastructure and interior could use a bit of brushing up. I.e., repaint the walls, remove ceiling molds, patch up holes here and there.

Need better maintenance and quality control, price was good. First room both air conditioning and safety locker does not work after reporting they quickly gave me another room, the second room's safety was still not working. The public bath is old.

Overall I like its quietness and very clean and spacious spring water tub. The only issue I have is the restaurant food. Being a vegetarian, there is only 2 items in their restaurant menu, and the food standard didn't correspond to its price.

The hotel is not well maintained & toilet not so clean & flush is not working well.

Good location, good hot spring, excellent staff. The front parking is limited. There is a rear parking, but you v Can not get an access unless accompanied by a staff member.

They need to upgrade the rooms. The door nub was old and rusty, and hard to close without slamming it. The breakfast was not very nice and lack of western style of selections. The entry of the kitchen is right next to the dining area, and the noise is very disturbing whenever the door is open to serve the food.

Nice place to disconnect from the routine, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Booked the room with a private hot spring bath, hence able to have a hot spring bath on demand. Hotel has only 4 floors with no lifts / elevators, but there are rooms that are at ground level.With 2 bus rides, I'm able to access to all attractions in Yangmingshan easily. I will not hesitate to stay in Landis Resort again.

I love that this resort has a large lap pool and two authentic Japanese-style hot springs. In the room, my favourite features are the comfortable bed and the straw-mat floors. The hotel is a short bus ride to Yangmingshan bus terminal from which you can explore the entire National Park. My only criticism is that it is looking just a little tired in some areas and some updating may be due. But overall, I loved my stay here.

Wonderful hot spring hotel in the mountains just half an hour drive from downtown Taipei. Private hot spring in your room plus many options in the pools downstairs. Excellent fried rice to boot. Highly recommend. Will return.

The worst stay ever! The hotel is not that new but clean and good for hot spring. What really makes me upset about this stay is the hotel called us at 6 am to ask us to move our car as it’s blocking their delivery entrance! First of all, it is unacceptable to call at 6 am without apologies! Second of all, if that’s the delivery entrance, the hotel shouldn’t draw the parking lot and let us park there st the first place! The breakfast is really disappointing! The offer was very limited! And when the food ran out, they don’t refill! Won’t go back again! And will defo not recommend it.

It's a 60 years old hotel with recent renovation. Me and my wife spent a Christmas holiday over there. It was a great stay with Landis Resort Yangmingshan. The great hot springs bath with view, it went much more with out expectation.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We picked this hotel for its location and the hot spring facility. We enjoyed both the public bath and the hot spring bath in our room. The bed was so comfortable. Staff are very friendly and informative. Thanks

The bed is on a platform and when I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, I fell and landed pretty hard that hubby woke up and helped me up. Had bruises but thankfully was able to walk. Screws on the wooden planks in the private hot spring room pops up when you walk on it. Must wear the slippers provided least you step on it and get your feet cut.

The room was so bad. Sulphuric smell was in the room the whole time. Even opening the window don't help. We cannot wait to leave the room.
